바나나 파운드케익.
중력분 1컵.
설탕 4/3컵.
계란(실온)2개.
버터 1스틱.
사워크림 (또는 그릭요거트)2/1컵.
베이킹소다 1티스푼.
레몬즙 1테이블스푼.
소금 1티스푼.
시나몬파우더 1티스푼.
잘익은 바나나 2~3개.
너트 (옵션)
1.바나나를 잘 으깨둔다.
2.계란과 설탕을 잘 섞어둔다.
3.버터를 전자렌지에 녹여서 붓는다.
4. 베이킹소다,시나몬가루,레몬즙,사워크림 혹은 그릭요거트, 으깬바나나를 넣고 잘 섞은뒤
5.밀가루를 채에 쳐서 넣고 밀가루가 안 보이도록 잘 섞어준다. (이때 오버믹스 하지 않도록 주의)
6.350도(180도c) 예열 오븐에 윗면 색깔이 노릇해질때 까지 구워준다.
7.젓가락이나 꼬치를 찔러서 밀가루가 묻어나지 않으면 완성.

다진마늘과 버터를 섞어 식빵 한면에 바른뒤
마요네즈를 바르고
치즈를 올린뒤
에어 프라이어나 토스트기에 구운뒤
파슬리 가루를 조금 뿌리고 꿀을 뿌려준다
Banana Pound Cake.
1 cup all purpose flour.
4/3 cup sugar.
2 eggs (room temperature).
1 stick butter.
2/1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
1 tsp baking soda.
1 tbsp lemon juice.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
2-3 ripe bananas.
Nuts (optional)
1. Mash the bananas.
2. Beat the eggs and mix with the sugar.
3. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it in.
4. Add baking soda, cinnamon powder, lemon juice, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and mashed banana and mix well.
5. Sift the flour and mix well until the flour is no longer visible (be careful not to overmix).
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees (180 degrees C) until the top turns golden brown.
7. Poke a chopstick or skewer and if no flour comes out, it's done.
Honey Garlic Cheese Toast.
Bread
honey
minced garlic
butter
mozzarella cheese
cheddar cheese
ricotta cheese
parsley powder
mayonnaise
Mix minced garlic and butter
and spread on one side of the bread,
then spread mayonnaise,
top with cheese,
and bake in an air fryer or toaster.
sprinkle some parsley powder and drizzle with honey.
