그랜저IG 2020년식 페이스리프트차량의 대시보드와 센터콘솔에서 발생하는 다양한 소음과 잡소리(BSR)로 인해 노이즈게러지를 방문해 주셨습니다. 대시보드 및 센터콘솔구조가 상당히 복잡하고 탈거량이 많아 세심하게 시공을 하였습니다. 시공 후 소음과 잡소리상태를 확인하고 주행해 보는 영상입니다. 최근 출시되는 내연기관차량들은 엔진소음이 적어서 상대적으로 BSR현상이 불편하게 느껴지실 수 있습니다.
BSR은 BUZZ, SQUEAK, RATTLE의 약자이며, 기능상에는 문제가 없지만 운전자에게 불쾌감을 주어 차량만족도를 떨어뜨리는 소음현상입니다. BSR은 이음, 잡소리라고 부르기도 합니다. 관련 글 포스팅은 조만간 할 예정입니다.
NVH란 Noise(소음), Vibration(진동) 및 Harshness(불쾌감) 등 차량에서 발생하는 다양한 소음진동현상을 일컫는 용어이며, 정숙성과 쾌적한 승차감에 매우 중요한 역할을 합니다.
