I absolutely love that Hongbin decided to cover a song like this, and not a modern American pop song. Billy Joel is such an amazing artist, and the fact that Hongbin chose to broaden his horizons in terms of musical artists really makes me happy. I wish this would happen more often. 💕

Ok who else is on a binge listening to all his (sadly few) solo songs? I still can't believe he is no longer in VIXX...For me it will always OT6 no matter what. I hope and pray that even if Hongbin leaves the Idol world for now ( which is understandable after all he has been through) he won't abandon singing...please his voice is too good for that 😭

As a very old starlight, and a huge Billy Joel fan for years, I have to say this is brilliant. Hongbin did a fantastic job of covering this song, which is a fav of mine. I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled, to be honest. Trying to keep one member as a bias in Vixx is so damn hard when they all keep shining so brightly.

I was barely notified of this video today and wow I can't believe the dispute over it being private before. If Starlights PAID money for this Exhibition, they have a right to exclusive things such as this song. It's not about, "oh i didn't have the money and Jelpi is stingy for not including International fans" but fans who did go to the exhibition had access to listen to this song first. I don't mind. As an international Starlight why would I be upset? Stop arguing and just enjoy Hongbin's hard work. Please.

Y'all have no idea how happy it makes me to see Hongbin making his own covers, trying different styles of music, experimenting with his vocal skills and he does it all to surprise STARLIGHTs and to improve himself. I have loved Hongbin's voice since the very beginning but I've always felt like he's so underappreciated, even by Jelpi itself. He always got like a line or two in VIXX songs but now he makes his own covers, letting his voice shine and I'm just so incredibly proud of him. I really hope he can put something out in the future. Hongbin has a very unique voice in K-Pop and also is one of South Koreas more relateable celebrities. And with all the members of VIXX one by one leaving Jellybrain Entertainment, we might even see some projects of Hongbin with other members. You never know... For Jellybrain Employees: Don't feel insulted, but you guys must admit that not utilising an allrounder with an excellent voice in your group wasn't exactly clever from the start.

For all of the international fans being confused how this is on private. The video is made of the VIXX 0524 EXHIBITION where there are QR codes and such that will bring you to songs, messages (for pictures) and such. This is actually meant for people who visit (AND PAY) to enjoy, but the link somehow got shared. DO NOT SHARE THIS PLEASE. But I agree with the comments that Rovix should unprivate this after the Exhibition is over.

I saw this link on Facebook and thought it was a cover posted as present, publicly, I feel kind of bad clicking on it now... I do get why people are upset it's being shared; it's supposed to be for fans who visited the exhibition and paid money to do so. You can compare it with any other art exhibition; in most cases you're not supposed to make or share the pictures or videos so people who want to see it go there themselves. They might release this video, or more videos, afterwards (I sincerely hope so because this is a beautiful cover) but it is supposed to be for visitors only. So please do not get mad and do not share it until it's released officially / made public. If you're not in Korea and want to see the exhibition, go see the V Live where VIXX walked through it and you'll get to experience it a little ^_^ And for those who think it's unfair that only K-Starlights, or Starlights visiting/living in Korea can visit it and see this; please remember that because of globalisation of Korean music we get to enjoy VIXX as well, but that doesn't take away the fact that Korea is their main market so there have been a lot of things in the past, and will be many more in the future, that are not available to us international fans. This is something international fans will just have to accept. All we can do is support our boys from afar.

Gosh Hongbin is so good and his English is amazing! I never thought his English is that good and the song he sings fit him to a tee. His voice improved a lot and its good that Jellyfish gave him this solo song for his starlights.
