I've only read the first book, but I can tell it's going to be a fun lighthearted coming of age story where nothing goes wrong teehee :)) CHECK OUT THE AMAZING MUSIC ARTIST BO EN! The song used is: bo en - miss you • bo en - miss you
@@monoboy81 Well it was a rollercoaster of depression, first Berserk, after that Pun Pun, and after that land of the lustrous, and now I am reading Chi no wadachi.
@Burl Brugger whoa bro it fucking worked. just hacked my friend's father's boyfriend's girlfriend's mother's instagram and posted like a SHITLOAD of Funny AMOGUS SUS funny MOMENTS! 😂😂😂😂😂😳😳😳😳😳 will definitely use again!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥱🥱🥱🤗🥱🤗🥱🤗🥱🥱🥱🤗🥱🥱
It's not just that your editing skills are awesome, moreso your ability to convey so much of the raw emotion of Punpun's story in the first volume that's frankly impressive. It is that stylistic touch I find missing too often in most anime adaptations, that you're able to pull-off here. Bravo.
“ I've only read the first book, but I can tell it's going to be a fun lighthearted coming of age story where nothing goes wrong teehee :))” Give me an update when you finish the whole series bud
This is an incredible edit. Thank you. It really captures the tone of the first volume, when punpun is filled with childish wonder and has an incredible imagination. It makes me remember when I was like that. And knowing how the series continues, just watching this makes it all the more nostalgic in a way. I wish you the best if you do read the entirety of punpun, because while it hurts you really fucking bad, it's still a work of art.
I just ended the 1 books and I'm gonna start the others. I see everywhere that apparently the end break you and I'm kinda curious because I'm in depersonnalisation so I doubt it'd do me anything, Is it really that sad?
@@Chimeraeateverything its in almost everybodys top 3 thats why i said it im in chapter 50 so its not in my top 5 yet .after completing it maybe it will be in my top 5
im back one year later, and as i said this video has been recommended to everyone. even to my cousin who knows nothing about punpun sent me this, i told her “i already know this edit” LOL i love it
This story was truly beautiful, sure there were some sad moments, but the jubilation of each character outweighs the depression. I give the manga a 10/10, for those who haven't read it, you should definitely check it out, it's that *wholesome*
Is this an edit? I usually despise edits because they are lazy and no different from eachother but THIS! This is a masterpiece 10/10 I feel like I was in their world!
Yeah. Punpun may work well as a wierd mix of manga+Visual Novel+Anime. Now that I think about it, it's soo cool. A Punpun anime...but it's not actually anime. Instead of moving World, it's manga panels with sound and slight motion
@@newbie4789 I think Shaft would be the studio id like to do Punpun. They are great at mixing backgrounds and using them to tell you a story as characters are talking. And I think the nature of the story fits Shafts. Shaft did Monogatari and Madoka Magica. With Dead Demons Destruction coming out i hope if it does well Asunos other works will get picked up and we will get a Punpun anime
You know its bad when you relate to punpun on a personal level first time reading it felt like staring at a dark mirror . Some of the quotes in it still haunt me
i just read the first volume and i decided "i'm not buying the rest" just out of sheer fear for what kind of emotional thrill it may bring me if i do buy
"I've only read the first book, but I can tell it's going to be a fun lighthearted coming of age story where nothing goes wrong teehee" i swear if this aint sarcasm...
I really love your edit! You can see that you clearly puta lot of work into it! This makes Oyasumi Punpun feel like a really fun and upbeat coming of age stoy. It's so contradictory but it just fits soooooooooooo well.
I just finished reading it (actually started reading it because of your amazing video), and i sometimes tune in now and again to remind myself of the light hearted part of the story. my daily dose of punpun is this video, but the life lessons it taught me would always be in my heart.
"a fun lighthearted coming of age story where nothing goes wrong" ................ *mhm! yes! yea! of course! it's really wholesome! nothing goes wrong! yep! it only gets better!*
This is an absolute masterpiece. It's an impressive way to show what Punpun is. Awesome edition and music. I can't wait for more. Now I need to read again Punpun,
I started reading Oyasumi PunPun because of how beautiful this video is. I looked wholesome and cute. Nothing more than a romance story. I was so wrong lmaoo
@ Seamoore Manga YOOOOOO! I didn't even know i needed this in my life. This is so good , i had a whole rush of emotions hit me as soon as the video started , but in the end it left me feeling inspired. partially jealous this isn't my brain child but man KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !
This has got to be THE most beautiful amount of editing and manga content I have ever seen in my entire life, and will probably ever see. This amount of talent is one mixed with hard excruciating work, and burning passion churning from love like coal. It's what I think of when I hear "Art". It's beautiful. Technology could revolt tomorrow and kill me, and I wouldn't regret it since it meant and allowed for this work of art to exist.
Damn! You captured the essence of the early part of the manga perfectly. If you decide to do the latter parts I'll be there although I'll have to brace myself for the emotional devastation again. Wonderful!
