Hey Ethan good job! I wanted to share something with you. I have volunteered through my church with helping the homeless for over nine years now. I have never really felt uncomfortable with helping them. One day I was driving home and I seen a old man walking (78 years old) in the heat. I pulled over and ask him if he needed a ride and he said yes. I took him to his house and I asked him if he needed food and was ok. He said he had food and he wanted to show me. So as I started into the kitchen I felt like I was having trouble breathing and he opened the fridge door and as I looked in, he moved up behind me. I felt I should run and I got out of his home as fast as I could. A few days later I mentioned his name to the supervisor at the senior center where I volunteered to see if they needed to check on him, because he lived alone. The supervisor recognized his name and said they had dealt with him at the center and he had been charged with raping his two daughters when they were younger. Family and friends had completed shunned him. He was thankful I got out of his house. I guess I wanted to share this with you, because he looked like such a innocent sweet old man. So just be careful when things don't feel right. Have a great day!
Those first two houses were like a little horror movie to watch. I was afraid someone creepy was going to jump out, that you would fall through the floor, raccoons, cops... etc.
Ethan please please be careful. There was to much evidence of someone having been there very recently. That second house was creeptastic. If there wasn't someone there they were watching you from nearby. Being so far out of populous I wondered if it might have been a farm at one time. You've done so many nice homes recently these were a little scary. The deterioration was severe in all 3. I'm sure they were really nice when newer.
I wish you would bring someone with you for these houses!! I would be scared too. You can’t trust people these days, but you really push yourself and I could tell. Love your videos and the respectful way you do them. Keep up the good work🇱🇷

Enough creepiness to last for a while despite being fascinating. Very 70s, both seemed to have the same degree of roof damage and wear and tear. I share your dislike of basements and dark places. Thank you Ethan. Enjoyed this one.

You stay up beat, you are honest about creepy basements & show respect to properties. You don't do that fake, scary music to enhance that spooky vibe. I don't watch content creators who do that. On the last house, I love how there was a realtor lock box on the front door. Which means that it is listed with a realtor company. Guess it has been awhile since anyone has shown the house, because you no longer need a key to get in. Great property and I loved the kitchen. Don't know why this house didn't sell.
Another great video - makes you wonder what the history of these houses could be? They've been abandoned for quite a few years and sad to see so much damage done by "the house trashers" Thanks for posting this one!
Definitely 60's on the first and second. '64 - '68 is my guess. Ethan, don't be scared of basements. Always remember there was a time when those basement rooms were the coziest place in the house for someone, at some point. Great vid, yet again! Thanks!

Ethan, we love you too. I had not seen the 2nd house before and I usually try to keep up with yours. It's a shame what vandals do to these places. Try wearing a coat to do the explores instead of just a hoody. Take someone you hate with you, we worry when you go alone. You used to go with Noah.Nowhere are yall not friends any more? I wonder why these homes were abandoned? Loved the style of the first one it would have been a really cool place especially with that huge room in the basement with the fireplace and bar. The second house somehow gave off bad vibes. Heard noises from the time you walked in then saw that creepy thing “sitting” in the living room. Great style to the house. Can’t believe you went down to basement. Was half expecting something to jump out at you. Really cool bar. Third house was quite stately and nicely kept. If old owners who kept the home so nice could see it now I wonder how sad they would be to see the state of it after such needless wrecking by idiots. These homes have such personality unlike the dime a dozen looking new houses that will no doubt be more expensive than restoring these cool places. The land was phenomenal. That second house was definitely kind of creepy. It does look kind of familiar though. The bar in the basement and that Moffat stove I feel like I’ve seen a house with those.

I like the flower light fixture and the rec room. It would be from late 70s. I bought some. They used it as a spook house Halloween, I liked the last one...If it didnot have a basement, what were the stairs that went down below the main stairs?

Unless you want to end up with some horrendous lung/blood disease, ALWAYS carry a mask in you kit. I see big urbex people that don't use masks when exploring places that have black mold, asbestos, etc. Urbexors have died directly linked to the bad things they inhale. I like your channel and would enjoy seeing you explore for decades to come.
There was a man I could feel & see following you around in the first house in the basement. He was wearing jeans with a tucked in black t-shirt, had a little bit of a belly hanging over his pants & had his hands in his front pockets just watching you walk around. He wasn’t upset or even curious just watching. The second house was not good & I had to stop the video because there was something not so nice in there & I could feel it & it was making my heart beat irregularly. Do not go back to that second house, please.

The first 2 were yes,CREEPY! Must have been nice back in the day tho. You did a great job. Really you should take someone with you. Some pepper spray may be good as well. You never know...some phsyco could be inhabiting an abandoned dwelling. Take care!

The first place was creepy as heck but the second one was beyond scary. If you get that creepy vibe to the point that it makes you nervous please turn and leave. Trust your gut. I just subbed.

So refreshing to see a grateful RU-vidr. There’s not too many gaining ground anymore, about a third I sub to have gotten extremely annoying with their begging to like & sub. If they start their video in that fashion, I immediately unsub, bc invariably they’ll do it 2 more times before the video ends.
