I know right. Yet due to bad business decisions, taking care of Momma, then your Baby and Baby Momma only to find out it ain't your baby, etc. Also the "Friends" who mysteriously disappear when the Money goes. Could you do one on Lou Pearlman's House. Twenty Two Years ago The Man was at the top of his game and now this. Also Nick Carter got accused of a Rape from over 20 years ago. Now if he did this, The Backstreet Boys are finished.
The house is in such pristine condition, no wear and tear, no dirt, it's hard to believe anyone actually lived there. It's like a model home that may have been staged for viewing but never sold.
It’s been lived in, even if only judging by the garage. They wouldn’t park expensive cars in a home they don’t live in. It’s just they weren’t slobs and when you list a home for sale you have to sweep all the floors as well as remove items that aren’t staying (ie stove, refrigerator) and any trash.
Ethan you can't say WHAT'S UP GUYS without a mirror...thoes people went OUT OF THEIR WAY to take the mirror just incase you came by 😆😆😆😆 I love you though man keep up the great job
It really amazes me,what people tear down ,but mostly what it's replaced with.Good homes destroyed, shameful.Your videos are wonderful and the coverage you give each home ,we get to see what you see.Thank you so much😘❤️🇺🇸
Did you find out why they all became abandoned? I just think it’s weird the whole block is abandoned. But this home was beautiful. So many fire places!!
I hope they donate the doors ad what not to humanity for habitat...I could use cabinets ad doors and some flooring I have no one to help me abd my husband just died..oh well my bad luck suck it up😊
This house was beautiful. I can’t believe people custom build a house then walk away. But I’m guessing they sold it for quite a bit and will build another one just as nice
To tear down houses like those I’m guessing it’s going to be high density housing. High end condos would bring a better return than single family homes. Why have just 3 houses when you could cram in 20 condos?
I hope they at least salvage what can be used in the building another home. Maybe give to habitat for humanity. Like the floors, cabinets whatever can be saved before they demolish the homes.
Wow, another high end finishes house. This one is painted in really warm, earthy colors. Got to say, love the first one more. Thank you for another great adventure.
I hope your getting over the sh*t you’ve been through before!! And I want you too know that your a one of a kind guy!! and your lucky because you get better looking with age!!!! Not even lying, your a handsome guy!!
Hi Ethan, I really love the layout of this one. Another great find. It’s such a shame they will destroy it, makes me sad. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤️
Ethan if you possibly can include in your narration of these homes, why they’re coming down and the possibilities of what’s gonna to be built in its place. These homes that you’re showing are absolutely gorgeous, I watched your video on the other one so far and even the mini blinds if you can just you know estimate the price of just even the window blinds in these homes there wooden blinds and that’s not cheap. What a waste. These are dream homes in my mind that I’ll never be able to live in because I can’t afford it and it’s just a waste and every aspect of the word😮
This McMansion is my favorite so far. Just lovely. Ethan if you are ever exploring in the United States near Houston it would be great to host you here to help offset your travel expenses. Love the channel. Great Job! 👍🏻
Great video! Alot of homes have the laundry room upstairs for convenience. The room downstairs was most likely a room used for other tasks. They usually have closets to store coats & other garments. They also have sinks for whatever instead of using the bath or kitchen sinks
I love the drone shots it adds a complete ✅ view of the home's and gives you a perception of the property. It's your special touches like that that makes video enjoyable 🙂👍
Very nice. I love your narrative. Makes us feel that we are there with you. Thanks Ethan. I look forward to the third house. Keep up the good work. As always, be safe and blessings to you. 😀
Gorgeous home. I love the cherry wood in the kitchen. It always tugs at my heart when I see things left behind by the owners. Seeing “Justin” on the wall, plus the hats. Glad you didn’t have any problems with someone showing up! ::whew::
Love, love, love it! I live love the warm earth tones and that kitchen! It pains me to think that demo is jyst around the corner. Sadly, it's a waste of a gorgeous home. Can't wait to see the next home. Thanks Ethan for taking us along.
It would be great if a lot of the material was donated to *Habitat* *for* *Humanity.* or something similar. Those granite countertops. I can only dream of living in such a *beautiful* home. 😢
Always fun tagging along with you on your explores. My first thought when I seen the cabinets was they look like they were made from chocolate! 90K subscribers now and growing. See you next time 👋😃
Great work with the drone! This is a beautiful home also I really liked the 1st home you showed us. It has a better layout. I liked the regal look of the outside of the 1st home. It looks like the furnishings were part of an auction or something. In the 1st home also. That’s how they do this in the US they will auction off the cabinets, counters, mirrors appliances, ect. That’s the way it should be less in the landfill. Keep up the good videos I can’t wait for the 3rd home.
Love you Ethan..another beautiful house ,just waiting to be torn down..wish i lived on a street where there's only couple houses🤷♀️..Justin was a lucky boy 😉..the master bedrooms fabulous ...great work Ethan, can't wait to see the 3rd one ...love your intro in the car lately ..stay safe ,well and warm 😘🙏💋
I love that a car enthusiast lived in this one. They had a nice set up, the long hallway with the fridge and sink connected to the garage. Definitely needed if they were wrenching on cars. :) Nice house and video.
I think I like the effect of the darker wood and warmer color. Beautiful McMansion that is what they called them in the 90’s when I was in cill. Thanks for the tour. 💙
Some newer homes take the time to add character to them. Most are just stark and sterile! These are beautiful! Thank you Ethan and Happy Thanksgiving! ( I believe yours was in October!
Missed ya Ethan been out for a couple weeks back and better than ever thank you for continuing to upload your one of the few left that still do (that I watch anyway) ❤️❤️❤️
Hey Ethan. Beautiful home. Not my style, but I’d certainly live there. I like this one better then the first. I definitely don’t like having everything painted in beige/brown-or the grays in the first. I see you got some snow. We got slammed here over the border. We got 4 ft, our son got 7 ft. We’re only 10 miles apart. Always enjoy your videos. Stay warm. Looking forward to the last one
Keep hitting those thumbs up guys. over 65k views and only 2.5k thumbs up. Show the appreciation. Great tour Ethan, I have to say I like the first house better, especially that massive kitchen. It seemed to have a more functional layout.
These are very well built homes the kind I'm use to during my upbringing as a kid. My parents had good taste 😋😂 and your videos bring back beautiful memories to me. I enjoy relaxing watching this video for sure 😊👍
What a shame and so wasteful. I'd live in any of them. People are so wasteful. Your right about Italians being the nicest folks. We live in Central Pa. and we went to another fireman's parade in ASHLAND Pa. We sat in front of a row home and it was a hot day. A sweet little Italian women came out with cold lemonade to drink for us. She had all of her family come out and meet us. Then after the parade she brought lasagne out for us. We were really welcomed. Like they knew us forever. Both my parents grew up in another town not far from Ashland. So they knew we were ok. We had no intention of making the parade a day long event but we sat and talked to these folks until around 9 pm. We sent her a card at Christmas. Got a card back from her family. Sadly she had passed on. Her family thanked us for being so receptive to her kindness that day. She talked about that couple from Lebanon often. She liked our Pa. Dutch accent. Lol, we didn't know we had one.
That Kmart hat is a Mario Andretti signature! He's been my favorite my entire life and I have several of his autographs. That just made this video even more awesome for me! On another note the Daytona 500 one for 2001 is the race Dale Earnhardt died. Most in America know who he was, #3 the intimidator--just tossing this out for those who don't know/aren't into racing. That was a horrible day, big loss. Oh my gosh I had that EXACT same landline phone too, it was from mid 90's!! These were my people lol!! Beautiful house, sickening to think it will be gone. Love, hugs & God Bless you 💕💕
Gday Ethan from Australia so far I have looked at your first and now the second video on these beautiful mansions and looking forward to the following video theses beautiful villas can be renovated and made into living homes again there are so many people living without homes you think it is nice to put people in these homes and give them somewhere to live In Australia we renovate homes like this and put homeless people in them or women fleeing from domestic violence in the mansions you have shown you can put 4 families in there keep up this documentation on theses beautiful homes it's a shame that the Canadian government doesn't do anything about keeping these home s from being demolished as the Australian government does with the homes that don't.
Had to come back and look at the basements of these houses again before they flooded.. my fave is still the black and white bathroom one with the cool red and black bar 🥰
I've thought that about almost every house. So much could be reused. Someplace like Habitat Restore would love to have so much of the fixtures, cabinets, doors, appliances etc. And it would be a charitable donation.
I Love the warm colors in a house ❤Hello @EthanMinnie thank you for your Amazing videos and work you do God Bless stay safe.. keep up the good work. Shalom Peace and Agape Love 🙏🏾🔥❤️✝️🕊
OMG!! that garage!!! I just said, I don't even care what's in the house 🤣 I own 2 vintage Volkswagens!! What I wouldn't give for a garage like that!! I really love ALL of your content!!
It still boggles my mind that homes this new and in such pristine condition and built with the finest materials are being torn down and not just one of them! I know Ethan you said in the last video that they were being torn down to make way for an apartment building but if so, how was the developer able to assemble the land? You would think at least one or more homeowners would have held out and what do they plan to build? From the aerial shots I just see a low-rise apartment (about five stories) being built nearby. I doubt these are being replaced with 50 Storey condo's but who knows? I suppose anything is possible in Toronto. Also, hard to understand is why much more hasn't been salvaged from the home? Other than the high-end appliances nothing seems to be salved despite the fact there is so much to take out of the home e.g., solid wood doors, flooring, cabinetry, new electricals, windows, HVAC etc. etc.! This is a real head scratcher!
I hate brown, but the darker brown in the two front rooms is beautiful!! This is a beautiful house, but I think the first one wins so far!! Thanks!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
A very nice and roomy mansion, hard to belive it's being demolished. The house just needs a good cleaning and ready to move in.Homeless people or children families living in powerty should live there.
Such a beautiful place, wish we knew the stories on these places, but I understand, not knowing the information or can't say,so gorgeous great job my friend .
