I came across this playlist just before I went to sleep a couple days ago. My bed is right next to my window, which is usually open at night and overlooking the tree and the neighbour's house. I stared at it for a while while listening to this playlist, and I noticed my vision becoming strange. Maybe it was because I was staring in the dark for so long, but I've never felt so weird looking at something so normal in real life until now.

I cant explain that how is it relaxing or fun, I wanna listen it all the day for no reason..

I didn't listen to this kind of stuff for a few months. It was hard because I shared my dreamcore/liminal passion with someone who isn't in my life anymore. Listening to this now brought me some tears, I felt again like I could meet that part of me that I was trying to bury! Thank you for this wonderful playlist, I'll save it for sure. I still think that dreamcore/liminal/weirdcore are hella inspiring, they always touch the most vulnerable parts of our minds.

tried falling asleep to this as the comments mentioned, it's now exactly 3am in my timezone and while i didnt go completely to sleep (i have fallen asleep to music before, nearly all the time as a tween, to an alt rock radio station) I did have one odd nightmare. there was essentially a football (american) game recap on the tv, one of those local ones that's kinda specific to your news station. I was with my dad and we were talking and such about it. stuff about how the news guy probably looks really stupid in front of a green screen acting like he's "on the field." the broadcast itself involved what felt like eons of one guy talking about a game in front of a green screen in the most silly/jesterlike way possible (not normal), a game which i never got to hear the score for despite those eons, and i was semi-paying attention to it. the guy probably ended up wearing a hat for every holiday I knew of, and for no good reason. It was Atlanta vs. 49ers by the way, super bowl, and thats a matchup that hasn't occured in real life yet. Anyways, I bumped the mouse (as it turns out i guess we were on HDMI, which was common at my house) and somehow my old steam account appeared when my dad wasn't watching, i don't really remember what it looked like, it wasn't the normal login page or anything, but I then tried to log out and log in with my new one, which had some unexpected hurdles, to the point where he saw me put in my username. as i was putting in my username (same as my channel name) he said, "Blu lab?" and then an overwhelming sense of fear and dread appeared, because just like many parents, he wasn't partial to the whole youtube thing, even if most of all im doing is leaving comments. he somehow decided to immediately jump to google images on his phone (which looked a lot like my phone) as i, scared, repeated that i just changed my username and as he started searching, changed my tune to i am not a youtuber, that isnt me, as various pictures of pikachu and pikachu fanart started to appear, along with a channel with my same name, a pikachu pfp and more subscribers than me (344, to be specific) appeared. he clicks on it, watches a video and turns the volume up nearly all the way as i tell him that im not a youtuber, and sure enough, the voice in the video was not me and I thought I was in the clear. then he pulled up this browser extension? on his phone, that i forget what it was called, something about security or threat protection, i couldn't really look at it at the time. what it would do was that the both of us would be in a selfie position, and that we'd have to look at the phone together, the phone screen having some kind of odd environment on it (something childlike, maybe a playspace with a dollhouse or something involving toys in general). the first time we looked at the environment, the second we looked at a cartoony scientist girl in the top right adjacent to the search bar, with little science/spy goggles looking in all directions and zooming in and out, and the third thing we looked at was a cartoony stuffed bunny, with button eyes and obvious stitches in the same spot as the scientist, after which I woke up. whats also kinda scary about that to me is that it got my dad to use it, whos a big privacy nut who wouldnt ever download spyware like that, so something must have happened to him. the thing i guess im thinking about now is how shared everything was, like his tv connected assumedly to my old computer, his phone being my phone, and that this is driving a wedge between us. i know that i probably shouldnt have to worry about it anymore as i type this from my college dorm, but it still haunts me that the two of us couldnt work things out with how stubborn we both are about our values.

To me this is the auditory embodiment of how I feel whenever I look at the past and see everything happening that I just ignored or missed, whether it was a trend or an emerging fandom. I only hope that new eras to come will bring me opportunities to get... involved.

Commenting now after this happened two weeks ago: When I first found this playlist It was weeks before I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was unsettled whenever I was listening to it so I decided I'd finish it later. I never finished it (and still have yet to finish it) but when I was getting the laughing gas before the surgery I asked if I could lsiten to music on my earbuds, the nurse told me to go ahead so I put in my earbuds and decided to listen to this. The first song wasn't unsettling, much the opposite it was calming, and I went under while listening to it. What happened while I was asleep, what I was dreaming, was total peace. Just totaluitter peace, nothing fancy or special just looking out in the darkness and doing nothing. I was gruntled in the best way possible, No worries, No concerns, just freedom and contentment. Although now I still can't listen to it because the first somg still unsettles me lol.
