In a celebration of diversity and determination, the Bhutan Paralympic Committee (BPC) organized the 5th Paralympic Festival, held on 25th may at Changangkha Middle Secondary School. The event transcended simple competition, representing the spirit of breaking barriers and fostering inclusion across society.
