most likely Millie is using her regional Settings into Filipino as many Pinoy VTubers and RU-vidrs don't get demonetized for swearing without care. Its also the few regional settings that rarely gets you demonetized.
Really? Filipinos are, IIRC, 5th in her viewer list as she said in the 6 months Ethyria collab. 1-4 is USA, Canada, Japan, Indonesia. The other Ethyria members have more Filipino viewers weirdly enough.
All these things happen automatically by algorithm. It's probably the way she pronounced it can't be detect properly by the system. Well that's one of the loophole I guess

Monetization is whether or not the video/stream is making money for the creator. When they said “yellow monetization” it means that the amount of money being made from it is severely reduced and “demonetized” is exactly as it sounds, it’s not making money. The thing that’s equally as bad is that monetization status of videos/streams is part of what gets a creator’s stuff recommended to people.
