Yet, another walkthrough of one of my games I have developed with. You may already seen this, but if you haven't, it's an old game of my team that lasted from 2020 to 2023. Yes, the lifespan of this old version has already ended earlier this year because this is just a goofy game that was supposed to take Sonic to a more peaceful realm than the underworld part.
Apparently, this game takes place after the events of H**lfire Saga, I don't want to talk too much about how my team are just minors and the developers of H**lfire Saga are full-grown adults, but my girlfriend saw that one Sonic ROM Hack I just mentioned earlier, developed by Hardline Team/Red Miso Studios like in 2020 or 2021, and...she got incredibly upset with the plot of Sonic going to the underworld of fire, you know what I mean. So, she decided to direct this game to drag Sonic away from the underworld. The development turned out fine, but then as my friends and I learn more and more about game development and stuff, this game is not good anymore as our talents were now improved a lot, so earlier this year, I announced that the Heaven Saga project will be completely redone from scratch, and it's already looking a lot better than what you see in this video tbh. I'm not gonna talk more about this so, let's get going.
So, the plot basically follows Sonic being exhausted from fighting demons in the underworld, so as soon as he escaped, he rested on Earth for about...20 minutes, and then an Angel Guardian named Lailah, came down and offered Sonic a reward of temporarily visit Heaven and eternally rest there for 2 whole weeks. Meanwhile, the demons weren't able to accept Sonic's victory and possesses a revenge against him, and so the battle wasn't over...or something...
Even as I'm one of the developers of this game, I kind of liked this but as I've grown a bit, this NEEDS to be redone for sure. It's too cringe and silly to fit its purpose. But I decided to be nice for once and record this for my channel to keep things fresh. I also added some commentary in both audio and subtitles. Since I recorded my voice a little while ago, I ALSO sound silly as well, so I added subtitles with more mature content to make it funny or whatever.
There were also 2 other people on RU-vid who played this game as well, but I don't like how they joke and cuss at the game, especially since it is associated with a religion, so I made this video for once.
I played the entire game without sweat. No cheats used during the game as well.
