Good thing that you were able to take the flight and arrive safely just in time before the storm started. There's supposed to have some Smart/Globe sim cards that you can buy at the airport for unlimited data for a month for only 2k. You can ask the locals if you need something. We Filipinos are more than willing to help specially to tourists.😊
