I am bigger than most natural bodybuilders and I only do calisthenics 😂😂😂 3 times a week full body.... Only pull ups, dips, push ups and squats... It's been over 4 decades... My gym rat friends keep asking me how I built my mass... I tell them they don't know how to build muscle... Form is everything... from the beginning up to the very old ages... The more years pass, the more comfortable you get in damaging your deep muscle fibers IF YOU KEEP YOUR FORM CORRECT.... this will keep you progress in mass, strength and endurance.... All you need is basic exercises.... pull ups dips push ups.... High reps will make you crazy strong without injuring yourself by doing super heavy weighted calisthenics.... Do it full body 3 times a week... no more... no less....
@@mursd_poetry5 mainly calisthenics and a bit dumbbells... Saturday Monday Wednesday.... all the same workout... a lot of variations only 1 set close to failure... I'm pretty advanced so even I'm very close to failure I'm in my comfort zone... I easily reach my deep fibers... beginners can't do this... their brains simply won't let their body do this... the more years you train, the better and comfortably you reach deep fibers... you DON'T have to destroy yourself while training... if you keep your form clean with eccentric control, it's impossible for a normal body NOT TO grow... calisthenics with high reps keeps me very strong without hurting my tendons/joints... for example, I can do slow perfect 25 dips... each rep 2 seconds... this gave me the strength to do 7 Handstand Push Ups... I'm nearly 210 lbs/95 kg and 50 years old... 20 kg dumbbells are like ladies ' pink dumbbells to me.. and this strength comes literally only from calisthenics for me... if you are natural, full body 3 times a week is the ONLY option believe me... young dudes can think PPL better but they just keep destroying their bodies while overtraining... because of their age, they don't realize this fact easily... They can't grow... they think they are lifting light and start lifting heavy and get injured... again they can't grow... they think the only option is juice/gear.. so they start taking them and get instantly unhealthy... and they still can't grow... it's a vicious cycle.... THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS is to keep your form perfect and slowly PROGRESS over years... wish you luck in your journey 💪...

@@AbhinavRana-ap14 yeah right? Well the dude in the short says otherwise. Or does he mean only the trained muscle groups should take rest for 2 days in a row
Either to measure cycle in 10 days compared to 7 days, or simply one in one out (one day training one day rest). In my opinion, on rest days should be some hiit involved, for blood flow or some light stretches.
