I am in India.... And I have been doing gym for many months. But not so much fun and power. Because from behind it was felt that the shape of an empty body is made from the gym. But i seen you calisthenics exercise. Than i realize 👉Real power and strength💪 is in calisthenics exercise. Believe it or not, I did this exercise for calisthenics family👪 from yesterday. Started calisthenics a year ago i was anle to do 20 wall push ups 2 squats and a 3 seconds dead hand. Now I can do 3 push ups 10 squats and a 20 seconds+ dead hang .really proud of the progress 💪

Hi Michael,I'm 65 years old and I'm just about to start calisthenics,I've been doing a lot of walking the last 6 weeks,completed a 10 miler today with 50 squats 40 press ups and 2 minutes plank....I'm utterly determined to succeed..thank you for all of your advice.

Yo john, I dont know if your an advanced runner or not, but I would take it easy on upping your mileage. Like for example dont go from a 2 miler to a 6 miler, you gotta slowly work up to it, or else you will get shin splints like I did. Good stuff

Happy to have stumbled on this video. My son and I are both relatively thin guys who have spent a some time in the gym. I am 45 and my muscles and connective tissues are sore for days and I have lingering pain constantly. My son is 13 and beginning his journey. Thank you calisthenics family for putting together an app and videos that are easy to follow and motivates me to keep going. I started the full journey level 2 last week at 47 years old. I really appreciate all the work you put into making it all so accessible! I am guessing some of these exercises will show up in level 3? Or maybe further down the road in level 2? Thanks for sharing this program. It is what I am looking to start the calisthenic. I just started for 2 weeks and every time I did the training I always get excited. Started calisthenics three months ago I was able to do 19 wall push-ups 2 squats and a 3-second dead hand. Now I can do 3 push-ups 10 squats and a 20 seconds+ dead hang really proud of the progress 💪thanks .

Hey Guys! another helpfull video! A fellow dutch living on the other side of the world in Peru. Using the app now for a little over 4 months now, nearing the end of the LVL2 of the full journey! Living here has its downsides too, sometime its hard to get decent things/materials. So the elastic band would be a very nice addition to the home made rings. ps, i have two friends coming over from holland in the first week of feb, so they can certainly bring it with then ;-) in any case, keep the good work coming, looking forward to the new promising app as well!

Been trying going to the gym for years. I start, I quit, repeat. Callisthenics looks a lot more fun, so I’m gonna give that a try! Question: any alternative for pull-ups if you’re quite weak and a bit on the heavier side?

Its becoz when you lift weight you move weight through space which makes weight feel heavy but when you move your own bodyweight through space you grow muscles as this is what our body was primiarly designed for

Really don't like normal strenght training in the gym. Have too try this out! Just need those bands and some pullup bar at home :)
