சார் 5 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு வாங்கிய ஒரு plot இடத்தை இப்போது விற்று விட்டு 2 or 3 வருடங்களுக்குள் மீண்டும் ஒரு plot காலி மனையை வாங்கினால் இந்த 12.5% capital gain tax வருமா ?
Actually this is good for all who are holding old property more than 30 years old because there is not much indexation value for those properties. Before you have to pay 20% now it's reduced to 12.5% so it's good for very old properties. Hope this helps
In 2001 the value of land property is 30 lakhs now value in my area is nearly 30 crores in Coimbatore. People invested in land paying 12.5 tax is very low compare to the profit they get.
