I like Sonny design a lot once I got past the bright blonde hair lol his facial proportions are nice and his default model expression give off a gentle yasashi vibe that imo fit his voice but it’s a funny contrast when he goes into his psychopath mode in games. The eyes color is a pretty shade too
I think Lucas's concept and design perfectly match his personality. Imagine, a mafia boss that in reality is a Himbo and a pure cinnamon roll, the contrast is 🤌
Honestly, as long as you put effort into your looks, unless you are like one of the ugliest humans on the planet, you will pass the looks department. Won't get any bonus points for looks and will have to depend on your personality more, but at least there won't be any negative impression.

If we're talking about the designs ONLY, here's mine for each wave: Lazulight: Finana, Pomu and Elira (I was too excited for the EN branch, so I instantly loved all their designs) Obsydia: Petra (she's sooooo cute when I saw her design and honestly, I thought he was a guy) Ethyria: Enna (she looked too innocent and kind with those angel wings. Welp, I'm wrong lol) Luxiem: Vox and Ike ( they looked like the characters I'd choose in an otome game hehe) Noctyx: Sonny and Uki (look at their gazes, man. I melted). P.S. I ended up being a Lucub 🐯 💰
I'll do some as well! I'm not really "attracted" to the girls like I am to the boys, but I do have favourite designs in every wave! (And I'd feel bad for leaving, like, half of EN out). I do think that everybody in EN is pretty well-designed, though! Real talk, I think Luca's personality is more attractive than his model. But then again, I'm not into blondes. It's Elira and Nina's designs that were instant like for me. The purple hair turned me off at first but now I find Uki's design very pretty.
elira's design has been my favourite since pre-debut and it still hasn't changed even after 5 waves and i like selen's design a lot too, i love how both of their design look simple but at the same time stand out among the other vtubers and i'm still praying they get a brother in the future waves cuz i would love to see their mama design more vtubers

They have a brother designed by the same mama. But it's not an official lore or anything, and he's obviously not in nijiEN. I don't know if Elira and Selen know about him.
A tangent: one of the things i like about the visuals of niji en livers is that every wave's official art style for their model is really cohesive with each other because they have similar art styles, or at least they have similar anatomies. I really like that because it makes it look more, idk, united. You know how there's like certain vtuber collabs where they have starkly different art styles that it looks kind of weird and /immersion breaking/ sometimes? I don't feel that with niji en and i really like that, evident from their first big collab on the niji en channel. And for visuals i was attracted to every niji blonde of each wave lmao (including Sonny's highlighter ass hair). For luca i actually really like that he turned out to be a golden retriever with that model because i love me some gap moes

Fu chan’s design is actually what made me fall in love with him first He’s the edgy type and I’m already into cyborgs xD *cough cough Genos from opm* But then i got to meet both his lil side personality and his real personality and i love both of them to death❤️❤️ Also my fav design so far is vox He’s the one that got me into nijisanji EN Bless the red boys
Anyone can see Niji EN is attractive & that's great for initial interest, & when I'm deciding on whose content I'm going to listen to, voice type & personality are huge. It's really nice that they all have such distinct voices.
Actually, Petra is one of the first nijisanji members that I followed because her design is sooo cute and adorable hihi. She definitely caught my interests right away. I also really love Enna's designs. Wings made everything so ethereal and pretty! As for the guys, I'm kinda down bad for Alban since catboys are my weakness hihi
I mean, I know it's kinda obvious who I'm into based on the name I have chosen lol, but really..I have always been into Vox's aesthetic. Like, I've been a goth kid since way back in the day and then with me being a bit of a weeb, the fact that Vox is a demon from Japan just speaks to my entire being lol. My own OC, before Vox even existed, is basically a demon who's features I based off a J-pop idol...so yeah, it was almost inevitable. And then the fact that he is also British? Well, that hit me in my kokoro because I've always had a thing for that accent since I was a teenager.
I think most of the people from chat that typed 'Millie' when asked, they did it because they knew what they were up against if not lol Ps. For me it goes like this... Elira from LazuLight (idk something from her caught my attention before knowing she was a dragon), Selen from Obsydia (same thing as Elira), Nina from Ethyria (she is a kitsune and I love the color scheme), Vox from Luxiem and Fulgur from Noctyx (these two i loved the color scheme and indeed Fulgur reminded me of Dante when I first saw the pre-debut video) Clues: I love wolves, foxes and dragons... favorite colors are red and black, and I am starting to like purple
I think I gravitated towards Vox and Luca in the begning with just their visuals. I looooove mafia and demon characters so xD But now I love everyone equally ^^
Tbh i didn't realize Luca's model is attractive. He got me first with his personality. And then later i thought, his model is actually very handsome and sexy. It also matches perfectly with his voice lmao 😂🤣

visually, i like petra model the most, i love her design before i know how she talked and her personal, and even now, with that kind of face, i still can and will forgive anything she does or say...

Even though Pomu stood out the most to me out of Lazulight at first, the designs that really caught my eye were, no joke, not a paid actor, Petra and Millie. Petra actually ended up being an exact 1:1 for what I expected, that being an adorable bully-target missing a few brain cells, but while I didn't have any expectations for Millie's design, she ended up being as funny as she is funny-looking. The fact that her silhouette without the hat looks like something yabai is probably the most fitting part of Mrs. Sekuhara master. That said, nothing can beat Pomu's laughter.
When Millie said Ike LITERALLY RIGHT AFTER I SAID SAME. Because when Millie or Petra asked I’m not sure I thought of Ike but I think I also though of Enna because I thought her voice would be like calm like shoto
