I am so grateful that God led me to BTS at that time. I have struggled alot with my mental health and self esteem and BTS has helped more than mental health resources have. BTS helps me to focus on the postive, pause, reflect, and continue on with my day. If I do not get around to listening to BTS for a few days, I start to drown and wallow in my thoughts.
