The muzzle flash and Patrick screaming can mean either two things: 1. Patrick shot Sandy but Sandy shoved him into a trombone just before she was murdered, and the screaming was Patrick crying from the realization of the consequences of his actions and/or the sheer pain from the trombone. 2. Sandy attempted to shoot Patrick but missed (or hit Patrick, but because of his invincibility he wasn't harmed) and then shoved Patrick into a trombone as to prevent him from revealing anything about the attempted murder, and the screaming was Patrick being so horribly contorted inside the trombone.
i love the simple fact that we could apply that someone was shot at. :D also you forgot the different timelines and universes maybe we saw 2 outcomes one where patrick died and the other one where he was stuffed into a trumped.
@@Mentelgen-1337 You're right. There can certainly be other interpretations of what happened outside the door as there isn't sufficient evidence to back up even my couple of predictions. Those two are simply the ones I have come up with and are not the only ones that exist, I just listed the ones that seemed the most plausible imo

She went straight to the hospital to get checked out leaving Patrick to die outside while everyone else just sits/stands inside not knowing how to react. Soon he arrived in his final form hiding his true self in a trombone, when his spirit sat down in his former spot he immediately tells what happened, his life story, his many mistakes he made over the years, his plans he never got the chance to share with the world and what beauty and greatness it could've gained had it not end his life so quickly and abruptly with such power that the gods themselves gave him the strength to speak such epic stories. But it unfortunately fell upon deaf ears as one bystander let out the confusion and shock by muttering out "Dafu-?" But he was swiftly cut off with prophecies of the future, mankinds history since his first arrival upon the earth, and the fates of all who never helped him in his painful, lonesome final moments. He is a messenger of the great almighty to warn of great events of tomorrow and the eras of humankind.
