u can not say if someones prayer will be count not. it is upto Allah to decide, and u can not imagine the forgiveness of Allah. Allah can do anything

Unless there is a legitimate reason. So isn't being at work with a boss who doesn't allow you to do this a legitimate reason? I also saw a video where a lady called in because she had a skin condition and she had to have something on her face and if she was washing it off 5 times a day it wouldn't work properly, so he said that was a legitimate reason.

May Allah bless you, the sheikh just gave examples, like countries from North Africa. Maybe the sheikh knows people who came from there and migrated to other countries and people take them as imams\sheikhs because they came from Muslim countries and know how to recite the Quran. Thinking it's a racist statement is too much of a stretch.
