Considering that last year’s Armenia’s entry by Rosa Lin “ Snap” became the all time heat all over the world I say this is the second best entry and possible winner!!
This song hit me this weekend. Big time grower. The transition to Armenian was amazing. I think her live performance she brings a bit more emotion/intensity so hope it's enough
Brunette we love you. Your song is amazing. Your voice is amazing, your performance, your style, your outfits, everything about you is amazing. You are a unique and talented singer. We wish you a Big ✌️. Go🏆🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲Armenia
The song has enough in it that it's possible to elevate this with a good stage show... it COULD work much better live, giving it more of the emotion the video is missing. And yeah, I can totally see this having plenty of success outside of Eurovision regardless of how it does in the competition.
Myrtle (maybe I should say Rebekah), you who liked Blanca Paloma, you should take a look at her performance at the Preparty in Madrid, she gave a longer performance with some magnificent variations of the song that she won't be able to show in Liverpool. 🏹🕊️
Considering the SF2 field, this could place anywhere from 4th (I think the top3 in that semi is safely some order of Austria (which I'm so excited to watch your reaction to next), Slovenia and Australia) and 14th.
I think it’ll definitely go through based on semi final 2 being the weaker semi, i agree there is something missing, there is opportunity for a huge drop here and it doesnt quite have the impact i want it too
It's a little creepy that I almost always have your same thoughts on the songs. I have to find a song that I like/dislike and you instead think the opposite.
I like it but have not fallen in love with it. The slow intro was too long for me, I want more of the more agressive tone. Or maybe for it to come in twice? Seeing as it's in the second semi final she should qualify with ease, as long as she can deliver live.
@@lynetteh824 I don’t put that much stock in the pre parties. The sound is usually pretty bad and the staging nonexistent. But like I said… I would expect her to qualify. How far she can go may depend on the actual staging. If they can make the shift in music impactful and maybe put some Beyoncé attitude in it (I got it from the video but not the live that I saw - but that may be fixed yet), I could easily see it go top 10. Also, bear in mind that I haven’t listened that much to it yet since it didn’t immediately grab me. But it’s good, the potential is there.
its interesting, catcyh video, 😍love the violins... drums... but... there s sth missing and too much spoken-singing word - its great that Armenia is part of Eurovision and shows their talents
There is nothing similar to anyone and I guess you were too busy with dogs or your fantasy with robots lol. I love love love the music and song. She is amazing ❤ love from USA
Oh my goodness, the state of this comment section 🙈😳 I hadn't realized that the fans of this song could be this toxic, which looks even more ridiculous considering that the reaction from MyrtleP was as honest, polite and fair as always. Weird stuff. Oh, about the song itself: initially it was a NQ in my ranking, but it has deffo been a grower (and she showed in Madrid that she delivers live too), it might even break into my personal top-10! She deserves better fans tho lmao
She is the best and that is my honest opinion and I have never been a fan of anyone. It just makes me mad that the most ridiculous songs that I thought it was joke you like more than work of art. With love from USA 😘
@@lynetteh824 That no opinion is BETTER than other. Saying a reactor is worse because they don't agree with you does not agree with your last statement. Just recognize you have a favorite and will attack anyone else who doesn't agree, and leave it at that. You can't say everyone can have their opinion and at the same time insult the people who don't agree with you.
@@lynetteh824 Mmmmm yeahhhhh. Gonna have to agree with @Rafaelinux here. Based on all of your other comments, your main goal is to insult people who disagree with you. Not in the spirit of Eurovision and in violation of the RU-vid comment guidelines. Blockity block block
This song comes from a culture and tradition that the reactors seem to have 0 idea that is why they don’t get it. Some of the comments guys you made does not make sense to me. But thanks anyway
It’s definitely Armenia’s best entry for a long time. It’s just that she doesn’t show any emotions during the music video and it feels cold. 😅 I’m curious to see how it will sound live.
@@lynetteh824 I’m just talking about the music video here. I haven’t seen that performance in Madrid because I usually don’t follow these PreParty events.
The best thing is her voice. otherwise yes - something is missing, and I don't know what either. Perhaps the musical arrangement is not dramatic enough, and I think the chorus is too separate from the pre-chorus, there is no connection. Her face also looks so indifferent, I don't see any real energy. it's not a bad song, but more could be made of it.
Really interested to know where these people are from! Their reactions are very what I would call Nordic style! Probably in love with Sweden, Finland and Norway. Void of any artistic understanding and in love with generic europop. Like seriously what the heck does AI have to do with this?!
Jeez, no need to be rude if people don't fully share your preferences. They were honest, polite and fair in their reaction (as always). Eurovision is about celebrating different music, cultures and opinions after all, so I'd recommend you try to accept that
@@zsedzz If you put your reaction out for people to see then get ready to listen to people reacting to your reaction. There is nothing rude in my comment. I tried to keep my reaction as shallow as theirs! So why are you mad?
You are wearing those headphones, but you were unable to hear. You also did not feel anything. Are you human? I love Burnette's performance! ❤ Go Armenia!
Why are you dissing people that don’t agree with you choices? It’s in very bad taste. It is their rights to be unmoved by this song or any other. Chill out!
@@globalhikingcr Why are you dissing on people yourself & doing to them exactly what you're preaching? People are allowed to comment on their own opinions, whether you like it or not. Also, what makes you think you have the right to be the judge & the jury? Why don't you take your own moral advice & chill out yourself. Take a deep breath & chill!
