Yes, premetro lines 3 and 4 are in the process of being converted, as we can see in your video at 6:58 , the third rail has already been placed in parts of the line. The conversion is set to be complete by 2026, and an extension of the tunnel is set to open in the early 2030's
The conversion of one line is well under way to be completed before the end of the 2022s. That leaves just one unconverted about which nothing has been said.

@@FnFoxen09 yes I’m definitely sure. As I live in Brussels and use the metro everyday, I know all their stations very well. They’re all dirty, same with trains, they are cleaning them rarely, which is scandal. The best thing is that once, I even saw a giant rat, running through the station. Disgusting! Have u seen the metro in Warsaw, Sofia, Budapest, Stockholm or Helsinki? Can you see the difference? It is possible to keep the subway clean. Surely they’re all a good example for stib.

Euh pas du tout, juste l'anglais ça suffit. Le néerlandais personne ne le parle à Bruxelles et le français ça peut être utile mais l'anglais suffit amplement.
