He is a gospel singer in Brazil and on a Brazilian tv show somebody from the panel suggested him to sing pop songs and he started to sing songs like this masterpiece that you heard now. He doesn't get the recognition he deserves in Brazil but this appearance in American tv show will change his professional life forever. He is really amazing, and I am happy he decided to show his talent to the world.

Gabriel is a “Worship Leader” aka “Music Minister” at Church. He is a Gospel Singer, in a singing contest in 2020 COVID-19 shut everything down. He was encouraged by a judge on that show to not limit his singing to only Gospel music and not only Portuguese. This is when he began to upload videos from his house in English. His first first English song was “I have nothing” by Whitney Houston. He also uploaded Portuguese songs. His talent for singing is just Wow! He has a large number of cover songs. I have been watching Gabriel since he posted just two or three songs and I was stunned 😳 at his vocal skill. He has really worked hard on his English pronunciation this last year because many vocal coaches encouraged it. 🇧🇷 He also sang covers in his car because many were doubtful that he can sing runs in his whistle. However, my favorite cover is with Pedro Henrique, of the song “Oceanos” in Portuguese. They sound like Angels together. My second is Jennifer Hudson’s cover (although she’s not the original singer) “And I’m telling you I’m not going” she did comment on his cover by encouraging him to keep singing. Thank you for reacting to this Incredible young artist and I know he’s made his Country Proud. 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️‍🔥🇺🇸🙌🏽
