This song is about pure sexuality! The thirst of the body for sex written unabashedly!! Looks like vairamuthu’s inner core expressing in ungainly poetry ! Thavani visiri is a lousy metaphor! And this guy calls himself Kavi Chakravarthi. He is not fit to hold a candle to kannadaasan. Only the music and composition is elevating the song!

No. don't bother about the translation of tamil lyrics. It's impossible to translate the poetic sweetness and imagination/metaphors embedded in the tamil poems faithfully in any language. Impossible. (That english translation of "seeing your face in every droplets of evening rain" sounds just lame and funny).
