I am in the same situation, it has been only 4 days but i am seeing a lot of complaints about this. 5 items with Choice option, 5 different sellers, i like to think that is taking some time to gather all of them around China. Also with discount, so can i hope i get my products?
I am going through the same thing, I have an order that only says "Collected by courier" and it hasn't moved past that status. I ordered it since "Apr 2, 2024" and it's still the same. I don't know what to do because it doesn't let me cancel and request a dispute, there are no options. I asked for a "chat agent" and they gave me a case ticket a month ago to be able to cancel or dispute, and still nothing. I really don't know what to do anymore. Can someone please help me?
@@izzylie Yes, just like in the video, no matter what you do, you must wait 2 months for the order to "expire" and it must appear in that state for Aliexpress to make the return, which took about 10 more days. It is advisable to get a ticket with an agent in the meantime
