Like the title says, I spent all night partying in a barrio north of Centro called Moravia. On Sunday nights in Barrio Moravia, the blackest party in Medellin goes down. At around 11:00pm, we arrived at a block party in a courtyard type place. We bought the first bottle of Aguardiente and got our night started. We drank until the block party shut down at around 1:00am; and then proceeded to walk to a place called Cuatro Bocas (4 mouths -- it opens up to 4 highways) that had a couple bars/clubs. We stayed at Cuatro Bocas until about 3 AM, when they shut the bars down, and then walked to a party on the other side of the neighborhood. We ended up in an alley, about 5:00am, that was setup with some speakers and continued the party. It was bit sketchy looking but the vibe was right and I was already wasted. I ended up staying until about 7:30am and everyone was STILL drinking and partying when I left. They party hard AF in Medellin and Aguardiente is no joke. I had the illest hangover the next day. This was one of the most fun nights I've had in all of my travels.
