Nice video, thank you. Abdul left out Najashi site in Tigray region, the burial place of a celebrated king of Axum by Muslims all over the world. Regarding the food that’s made from false banana, the plant resembles a banana tree but it is not a banana tree and it doesn’t produce any fruit. The food made from it might have an acquired taste, but the plant is getting recognition for being available all year and might help curb food shortage. On the side note, it doesn’t have any negative effect(I mean nutrition wise) and people from those regions have a reputation for having strong posture and youthful look, which is mainly attributed to their diet.

The tortilla looking thing is great with kitfo,gomen,ayb(side dishes) but alone I think it's too bitter and dry for them. It's acquired taste to eat it alone. Same with injera it would be too bitter for someone trying it for the first time.

Khat is a drug it’s common in east Africa. In kenya it’s called miraaa. It’s not very strong but has an effect to make you high if you eat enough 😂😂😂

fals banana (enset)is not banana the tree seems banana thats why they call it false banana its a different tree .after it is prepared its like thin bread littel bit jelly and sour,normaly the southern part of Ethiopia uses to eat it for centuries but nowadays within last 50 years the northern part of people trained "kocho" ( the bread made from false banana tree"enset")and the southern part of people train to eat injera so nowadays kocho served on occasions,weddings...all over the country but for southern Ethiopia peoples (gurage,sidama,wolaita...)its day today served food like injera for northern part of the country.sorry for my languag u know most Ethiopians have a problem on international language because of colonization we have not exposure of it

A majority of Ethiopians will swear Ethiopia is one country but as a Somali person I’ll tell u somalis regard ethiopia as a colonizer colonizing somali lands and there was even a huge war in 1977 in which Ethiopia was losing until Russia and Cuba helped him.

We love you guys thanks for the reaction ❤❤ But the presenter and the harari guy are really biased! In Ethiopia, as you said, they used to show a world only Amhara culture and people hiding all the rest ethnic groups specially the oromo peoples though most of the Ethiopian emperor's and history were done by oromos and other Kushitic peiples like agaw( the rock church's owner) kimant ( the owner of the castles) in amhara region! They try far to hide the fact that more than half of the country are Muslims. Like the guy lives in harar says to midea " almost half half here in harar" which is far from truth. But that era has already been ended. From now on everyone in the country will take part on everything that represent our country! The era of discrimination has ended.
