We were like that up to 90s. We became a bit calmer later on. It's still "bad" but not as much as people claim Greeks to be like. We are the definition of Average. Greeks/Italians/Spaniards/Portuguese, more or less, we're all similar in just about everything, way of life in general.
I heard that some people describe Athens as a bit of dump, but idk it looks pretty good and really chill. It somehow manages to not feel as uptight as many capital cities and feels cozy.

In this video, you have to really pay attention because your traffic lights are a bit inconspicuous. Unlike in the US where you have these large poles stretching across intersections with multiple green/red lights attached to them. They're hard to miss.

I was born and raised in Athens. The last 7 years I live on Crete Island. I can tell you that in Athens they drive really normal!! Here in Crete is a real chaos
