@@Segaton I'm from a very small town in California where there was only mexican and american food, maybe a Chinese restaurant and a fried chicken spot but that was all. Bright side I just moved to San Diego about two years ago

@@eskimoblack ah San Diego should have tons of sushi places. Just make it easy and Yelp any highly rated restaurants and see if they serve omakase... if not just grab some Hamachi, Toro, or salmon carpaccio.. I make these and serve to my guests and they love it. You can always ask the chef for his recommendations when you're eating at the bar.. Chef makes it and serves it to you. Good luck my friend.

@@Angel_nlmb420 it was already cooked before though and the blood is drained at catch hence the red color. They cooked it at 0 degrees f kind of what they do with astronaut food but with way better steps
