As a Texan, I can appreciate the bros having fun together at a BBQ. I’m watching anything Russian now since I’m learning Russian. We moved from a big Slavic community in the PNW. I’ve known and loved the people for a long time. I’m embarrassed to say that my mind was stuck in the Soviet times, where all lived as peasants and all were atheists. I have spent a lot of time discussing with friends that Russia is not the evil we think it is and even now is much safer than most big cities in the U.S.
We lived in an area near to Portland, Oregon. In our neighborhood were many Slavic people, Russian, Ukrainian, and Eastern European. We even had an area called "Little Russia". They are Pentecostals and Baptists, and there are several large Slavic churches, bakeries, and stores nearby. My son married a Russian girl. My best friend at work is Ukrainian.
I made my decision about Russia a long time before I came to Russia for the Christmas New Year break in 2002-03 and was still very pleasantly surprised. I love it and hope to move to Russia soon to be with my wife.
what a good time. I wish could be in Russia...I'm so tired of California. I'm sick of this place and the evil. It has ruined me. God bless you friend. I hope you have many happy years in Russia and make many friends.
This video makes so special this is because your uniqueness and kindness and valuable insights influenced so nicely at the end the song is so beautifully orchestrated. Thank you so powerful.
You can start a “peace through BBQ” fest in Texas or Russia!! Maybe have one simultaneously in both places with livestream big tvs, and envoys from each place visiting the other. I cut my teeth as an anti-Soviet at 18 years of age in the US Army. The Army sent me to Russian school for a year. But Russia today is not Soviet Union. The people need to come to know each other. 😊
Texas Dacha Man sounds a bit weird, at least you had a great time with comrades ! Eddie became a True Russian, he knows how to say a great toast before drinking a shot ! Greetings from Vo'logda, North - Western Russia.
Dacha is a small simple house outside of the city. You normally live and work in the city, but on weekends or holidays you can go to your dacha and enjoy nature there..also many people grow vegetables there and some fruit.
yep that's a bunch of dudes hanging out. This is how Russians relax at dacha. He is a lot nationalistic, but everyone is. People should look beyond nationality when in person cause we are all children of nature.
Well it looks like you benefited from many American bbq's with the "chips and dips",,, don't bite the hand that fed you,,,oh that Russian cola now that American Coca-Cola isn't allowed also,,you had quite a large cup,,stop complaining about America that gave you a good start in life so that you would be able to go to whatever country you would like,,that is called freedom,,which is what America is about not the " chips and dips"
@@lidiapannacotta а кто Вас будет защищать мадам , если все будут от этого прятаться ? )) Это как раз и есть Долг перед Родиной для настоящего мужчины .
@@MoscowPhotog If they served, I take my words back . I served back in the Soviet Union. 1985-87. I didn't get to Afghanistan, but I was in Chechnya during the First and Second campaigns. And I spent most of my life serving the Motherland, for which I was awarded more than once, including two state awards. Good luck and prosperity to the channel, I watch it sometimes.
