Great review! That hotel is an example of perfection in hotel management - the condition of the room, quality of housekeeping, and attention to service. I wish more properties had staff as dedicated as this.
Lovey 🤩 Great report too. There was a man in your room! 😂😂😂 The oval shaped thing in the bath is a body brush. Like a luffa sponge. Thanks for taking us with you.
Jayden, great review of a wonderful hotel, maybe the best we stayed in on our Asia trip last November. We loved the personal touch at the Conrad (esp the welcome cake - we got the same one you did, and it was really delicious!), the service in the executive lounge, and the truly fabulous breakfast buffet at Oscar's downstairs.
Hey Jayden, loving your hotel and flight reviews. I've been watching you for ages and I really look forward to seeing you twice a week now 😃 Take care my friend. .. (Gary in Spain)
Great video, Jayden! I really liked the decor of the hotel, very stately. It looks like the service was excellent too! I'll have to keep the Conrad in mind if I make it back to Singapore.
Oh I forgot to mention using the Conrad logo and fonts is def a great idea. And for all your subscribers next time you are in Singapore look at the hotel from afar you will notice the number 13 embedded in the design of the building and for good reason! Like yourself I just love rain showers! 🇸🇬👏❤️
I swooned when you showed the two (count ‘em) coat hooks. It doesn’t get much better than that. Jayden, this was another lovely review of a rather magnificent hotel. Too bad you did not take Teddy home with you. Glad your friend did. BTW, who is your friend, the older gentleman I mean??? Intriguing to say the least. Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience. Cheers, Colin.
Hi Colin! The gentleman earlier in the video is a family friend. He picked my friend and I up from the airport :) My friend who stayed with me went to Hong Kong as I headed back to Australia
Oh so much better in terms of bringing out the benefits from the features of the facilities and amenities of the hotel. The stuff was at the tub is actually a like a scrubber I just forget the damn name! Yeah the Conrad is def alot better than prior to her renovation but one thing stands out is her service. She has always been consistent with her service. For those of us locals here we always enjoy Oscars the all day buffet. Def one of the best in Singapore and I am heading there for dinner this Sunday becos lunch is always full and folks have to make reservations at times weeks in advance. Once again well done in this review... In no time you be hired by travel agencies to do reviews professionally 😂... 👏🇸🇬❤️
Stayed here a number of times and love it. They still had the single use shower gel, shampoo etc. back in January, so the large bottles are a recent change, which is a shame as the Mandarin Tea amenities were really good!
@@JaydenWong I got the soap to take home, the teddy bear, the duck, the slippers, mouth wash, the amenities that were in the bathroom draws, but no individual shampoo / Conditioner. I did get the bath salt.
Haha I said that when I first saw the pool. Was hoping to order a chai latte, but they didn’t have it, and even if they did, it would be $10🥴🥴🥴 I do have Teddy Kangaroos at home🤣 Bought them when I was in Australia as a tourist in 2012. Now they’re back in oz with Lily and I!
@@JaydenWong I somehow avoided those costs Jayden. I purchased food & drink from the pool area & also the lobby restaurant. When I checked out the costs were adjusted with a credit which was excellent. I commented & said thank you. The manager said I was overcharged & an adjustment had been applied. No idea if those prices are NON GUEST or Convention prices etc around the pool area. I am also GOLD status.
Clearly, this is the best Hotel Review video I have ever seen for Conrad Singapore. (Who else is in the bear club?.) I took mine back to Australia. I also kept my duck lol. Conrad Singapore is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at . It's awesome. From the view & height I am pretty sure we had the same room lol. I also wondered where the water was at first. I expected MILK until I opened one hehehe.
Hi Jayden....I think that's the "swankiest" hotel room I have seen you review ! I love the rubber ducky...was his name Donald, by any chance ? Or just boring old Conrad ? Lol 🤣 I think those pink bath salts are similar to products found in Australia, where they release a scent, and the salts themselves help to relax tired muscles and the body, in general .
There is one more compartment on the tv cabinet that has all the nice goodies as I call them as full stationery set such as postcards, papers, envelopes are rare nowadays. not sure if they are removed due to covid The lounge and breakfast was great as well. And they do turndown service as well Not forgetting the Conrad bear and ducky, of course I bring them home in my previous stay haha

An enjoyable review of yours, as always, be it a hotel or an airline. I always stay at the Peninsula Excelsior in Coleman Street. The rooms are nice, but the hotel is showing its age. Is it temporarily closed? That part of the city is good to stay in, as City Hall Station is served by two MRT lines. That is what Google Maps says. You should review the airport hotel at Changi, the landside one, the Crowne Plaza. I like staying there when I fly up to Tokyo from Sydney. Lovely rooms, and a bathroom/loo with a view, usually of the tarmac. So quiet, too. Very well appointed rooms.
6:51 lmao The restaurant on the ground floor has way more options and is a lot bigger. But it's really crowded... I'd rather go to the Executive lounge
I won’t say “freaking out” don’t know where have you got that idea but I’d be happy whoever and whatever Jayden wants lol Although, I don’t think you were that elderly man 😄😄
