Ingredients:
1 kg. (2 lbs.) of (cooked) cassava
1 kg. (2 lbs.) of bacalao (salted fish)
1 large onion
1 large tomato
4 cloves of garlic
sunflower oil
freshly chopped parsley
100 ml. of milk
melted butter
egg wash
breadcrumbs
spicy ketchup sauce (or any sauce to your liking)
