Hi Gabriel, you can take a bus from a bus station at EKAMAI BTS in Bangkok. The ride is around 5 hours and the fare is less than 200 THB one way. When you arrive a bus station in Trat, you can take a local taxi to a pier to an island you want to stay overnight at. Enjoy Trat!

Thanks for watching. TRAT is in Eastern Thailand, 5-hour drive or 45-min fly by Bangkok Airways from Bangkok. There are 52 beautiful islands. PHUKET is in Southern Thailand, 1-hr fly from Bangkok. So, they are in different regions, but full of great resorts and beautiful beaches. Enjoy your trip :):)
