That's a beautiful recipe. I have never had coconut bake but I love smoke herring. Everything is looking very elegant. That's a great and satisfying dinner. BRAVO💯🇬🇾♥️👍🏽❤🙏
This looks wonderful. I did your coconut bake recipe . The one with the yeast, it came out excellent, I even seated it to make a whole grain version. It is a big hit. I even cut and frozen some to have.
Hi Ria, hope you are doing well. That looks too delicious. Your pup is sitting like a Prince up there ! So cute. After watching your pup in your videos I got so inspired into adopting a pup. We adopted a pup when he was just 8 weeks old ( now 6 months) from a Rescue Dog Organization. Now you know how much I get inspired by watching your beautiful videos. Just wanted to leave a comment to let you know how grateful I am to you. May God bless you and your beautiful family.
Thank you so much Bumbi! Happy to hear from you. Was wondering how you were doing. Wow! Congrats on getting a puppy! I know he will bring so much joy and love into your home! Some days will be exhausting, but have fun! 😂 ❤️
❤️❤️😊 Love this!! I miss my grandmother's coconut bakes and fried bakes. R.I.P. ❤️ I ate it with anything - bake & butter, bake & cheese, bake & eggs, bake & sausage, bake & saltfish, bake & sardines.... Now I'm hungry! 😂 What's your favourite combination? 😊
Looks delicious, I love eating mine with dhal and rice. Ria I saw a video couple days ago someone was making smoked herring and they grate the fish using a hand grater and I have to say it came out really fine no bones. Makes life much easier because I did it too, maybe you can give it a try next time.❤
O-oh Ria, watching your videos brings nostalgia to my upbringing in Sweet, Sweet T&T. Not only are you a Master Chef but, your total command of the English language is fascinating...reminds me of the teachings of my dad, Tobago School Headmaster, Anthony Beard and Mr. Corbin George, Teacher. Many Blessings to you and your family...even Leo!
I haven't watched the whole video but I love how you go right into the recipe. Where did you get wriri wiri from? Imm jealous. Did you know its indigenous to Guyana. It made its way to other coubtrues. Sadly in UK, someone tried to grow it and it wasn't great. I wish if I had some. I will watch later. Take care. Wish I lived near you.
