the needle one it was the other way around cuz usually a person would disagree and then after hearing the story they will agree with the person but here its the other way around.

I think its kinda rude to shame people for their phobias Especially if its part of your job to give needles you should just quit if you have no patience for those who have a fear of needles because people can't control their fears.
