Step 1: dip balloon in chocolate Step 2: arrange fruit loops on chocolate covered balloon Step 3: create a chocolate disc by pouring melted chocolate on a tray and when it is almost dry but still bendable, use a cookie cutter to cut a circle out of the chocolate and allow it to finish drying. Step 4: take the hardened chocolate disc and use some melted chocolate to attach it to the balloon. When everything is set, pop the ballon carefully. Step 5: fill with ice cream and enjoy eating your bowl! Best of all? No dishes! Note: you can also use other cereal, like fruity pebbles or lucky charms. Be creative!
