I have actually shared this with you before. But when I'm anxious or I can't sleep I will actually put one of your videos on and I of course will watch it and it relaxes me so much because I love cleaning that I will literally calm down enough and fall asleep. Not because your videos put me to sleep in a bad way. They put me to sleep in a good way because very relaxing to watch.

Sometimes I watch while I’m working out on the treadmill or elliptical, other times i watch while I’m cleaning or folding laundry so it feels like I’m chatting with a friend ❤ You just have such calming energy, I find it just really helps me feel more calm myself. Thank you for all you do ❤

I truly appreciate how you talk to all of us just like we are sitting right beside you; like we are extended family and friends. I usually watch at night while I'm folding laundry or cleaning up the kitchen. I sometimes just relax and watch and in a pinch I'll put you on while I'm driving and just listen. I put the kids on the bus, then sit down at my desk and drink my coffee while watching your video. By the end, my coffee is done, and I'm motivated to start getting stuff accomplished on my to-do list. Sometimes I'll also put one of your longer videos on the TV in the background while I'm cleaning as well.

Hi Jamie, chores all done. Two weeks ago I couldn’t walk, today I am using a walker and getting my chores done. My knees are in bad shape because of age and weight. The orthopedic guy said for every 20 pounds you lose is like a 100 pounds stress off your knees! I start physiotherapy tomorrow and with PT, diet and faith I will be able to avoid surgery and the most exciting thing is I can resume caring for my granddaughter in a few weeks, great motivation. I ordered drip pans for my stove after watching you clean your stove. I have these silvery drip pans that are rusted underneath that stain my white stove and a bear to clean. So got these black porcelain ones. It will look cool and spare me a lot of time and grief. Thank you for this video Jamie, you inspire me so much!🙂

I usually watch you in my office while I'm working- just kind of in the background and I can see and listen while I do other things during my work day. I like to make myself a checklist while I watch because without fail I see you do something and go "oh I need to do that" and I write it down in my planner either to do later that day or plan it out during the week :)

I usually wake up with you and watch in the morning while I drink my coffee because it helps get me motivated to tackle the day. I totally knew the answer to the circle on your headboard right before you said it because my husband has an oily head to lmao! I notice it on his pillow case. I never take on the laundry challenge because it is usually done or in the works. Surprisingly, and being an odd ball, laundry is not something I struggle with...99.9% of the time I wash, dry and put away...occasionally sheets or towels may sit in the dryer for a day or so but clothes..somehow I always get them put away. That and dishes.....the 2 things I know alot of people struggle keeping up with are the 2 things I dont have issues with and I am def grateful for that!!!

I don’t mind laundry either! I think we’ve just had a busier month or so so we’ve let it go, but out of all of the chores, I definitely don’t mind doing laundry! I like that I can watch TV, listen to an audiobook or a podcast and just relax

Is it weird if I find myself watching these in the background on my work from home days? Cleaning is relaxing to me too and I guess it helps motivate me to just see someone doing something and accomplishing something. I’ll stop for a minute while working and make an after-work to do list 😅
