I can totally relate to what you said about being pulled in different directions. I'm feeling a lot of guilt at times about the things I haven't been able to accomplish and I think for me it goes back to perhaps needing more routine with the house and the decluttering. I would like to try a 10min daily declutter. I've done so much the last 2 years but the recent 6 months I've been unwell a lot so I'm finding it extremely daunting to start again but I know I just need to do it in small daily chunks. I would really like the more minimal home, which I have accomplished in parts, but we've recently just acquired more items from elderly family members, which is a bit overwhelming. It's not a huge amount, but what I'm finding is a lot of stuff shuffling. So it's just a bit of an Eek feeling at the moment. I'm going to think positive however, and try to overcome this. Thank you for the motivation❤ ps my children so hungry after school and during the hols so I'm excited about the snack suggestions 😊

So awesome how the girls can be in the school together in September that’s how it was for my niece and nephew this year they got to ride the school bus together it’s so cute. I need to actually clean my closet but I’m still on restrictions of not lifting and bending from surgery hopefully after the appointment I have on June 13th I can get the okay to go again. I think most people would not understand that you feel pulled in so many directions when you don’t have a job. U tube is a full time job. Everything takes so much longer to do when you are getting camera angles and finding time away from your family to film. Jamie, as moms we never feel like there is ever enough of us. Your children only care about your participation in what they do…you are winning!
Hi Jamie.. i agree with the routine when school is out after a few short wks that routine starts to shift a bit🤣🤣🤣🤣where i live in the state of NY school ends for us close to the end of june for middle/high school middle of june then they just go back in for testing.. I literally just said the same thing to my husband yesterday during a moment of feeling overwhelmed. "I wish there were 3 of me! One to hold the baby all day (6 months old and teething), 1 to do all the house work and 1 to spend time with out 5 year old!" Wouldn't that be nice?😂 It's definitely being the end of the year that makes it feel like you're barely keeping your head above water!! Yay for summer!

I’m just curious, why do they have school during the winter and then have holidays over the summer? You guys get snow and then can’t get out sometimes so doesn’t it make more sense to have holidays then?
Yay I needed this today. I’ve got so much to do. I’ve been busy doing other things outside the house this week now I’ve got a lot to do today. I’m doing some meal prep too. And that’s what I do for lunch. I get those meal prep containers and fix my meal and put them in the freezer and it makes like a little microwave meal for me. Mostly fish chicken turkey with some veggies maybe a little rice whole-grain rice that is.
I just buy frozen fruit and then thaw it in a bowl in the freezer but then again I don’t have kids so my husband I like to take it and put it in a bowl like a mixed fruit for snack. Put a little artificial sweetener some sort on it sometimes. mostly it’s blueberries and strawberries. For both diabetics so we have to watch on our fruit to so we do have mixed fruit occasionally. But I could see if you have kids you would want to have it cut up and fun pieces for them lol

Hi Jamie! You are such a wonderful mom and wife ❤ Your struggles are real. I'm love being productive and do not enjoy sitting for too long. My kids are older, but when they were little I often felt so much of what you're describing. Hang in there ❤ You're never alone!! There are different struggles when the kids are older, but I've never felt like my kids wouldn't understand my shortcomings as a person and know they are always wanted and loved unconditionally ❤️
My cousins work in the school system! One is a teacher and the other an assistant! This is their last week of school! We have so many fun things planned this summer to do together with their kids (ages 6,5, and soon to be 2)! ❤☀️

Hey Jamie, today is my son's last day of school. I gotta start planning activities for him to do so he doesn't drive me crazy.🤪 I have bags of items I need to donate. I wish there was a Salvation Army near. My kids seem to eat more in the Summer. I tried to keep them busy so they didn't snack so much and made sure I didn't have so many sweets around.

Hi Jamie, I love it when you post these bonus videos. Your dinner looked so yummy. I'm just going through a rough time right now. My high point is that today is my grandsons last day of school, and that makes me happy. My low (very low) point is I have no money for my back meds and food, and I feel like I'm such a failure at being a good grandma.😭. It's really hard on a fixed income, but what's worst is when you have to tell them only to eat a little. Why has it gotten so hard when I try and try. These people that say it's OK well,let them walk in my shoes, they wouldn't last a week. I'm sorry. I guess I just had to vent, so thank you for lending an ear. My deceased husband's BD is coming up, and that's hard too and having some issues with my middle boy. It's just hard doing this by myself. I know things will get better it's just really tough right now. Have an amazing weekend, and I will see you next time.❤❤
