Keep those paper scraps. Here is my process video showing how I make these fun DIY Layered Paper Fringe Embellishments using paper scraps. A great beginner crafting project if you are new to paper crafting/scrapbooking using only minimal craft supplies or if you want to get started making paper layered embellishments.

Sandy, I actually have the same fringe scissors. I bought them from STAMPIN UP here in the US. I love them. I do believe they have been discontinued from Stampin up.

Sandi just went into your Etsy shop are you aware your prices are in pounds not dollars?

I just checked Etsy as well. I see it listed with AU dollars, which is what I typically see. There may be a setting in Etsy that you can change. I’m not familiar enough with Etsy but maybe set your default location or currency display. Something like that. Hope you get it figured out!!❤
