My whole idea taking my scraps was not "thought through," at all. I have too much and tried to take it all. My grandson said that maybe I shouldn't bring so much next time! I did 1 1/2 pages!!! It was a busy 4 days!!

💙💙💙💙💙💙 I want to say thank you Nicole, I started an alphabet glue book a little while ago and, in my wisdom, I used a big A4 book, I am struggling to fill some pages, but have only been using images and different types of the letter, your suggestion of using words and colour will help heaps. What a great idea for my first graders. This is something they'd really like, and can practice their phonics, spelling, colors, and the fine motor control. Never saw an adult doing this kind of thing, seems a bit childish, but that seems to be what is all around us these days. Arrested development. LOL But I'll use it with my young students, as I wrote..it's right up their alley.

I do this for fun, to relax and to help ease my anxiety disorder. You may call it childish, which I find extremely rude to say to someone, but collage has been around for centuries. Just because you don't find it fun, or don't understand collage, doesn't mean you have the right to tell someone that what they are doing is childish. Remember the words our momma's taught us? If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

Nicole: this is a fun project. While I was watching you create, all of a sudden I thought, why🎉 not do the alphabet backwards,- just to make the book a bit more interesting. Start with “Z” and end with “A”? Now why that popped into my head, l have no idea. But that idea intrigues me for some reason. Go figure! Carol from California
