With the story where the niece has tics: first of all, it may be a situation where her tics only start in large crowds of people because that's where she's uncomfortable, and second of all, yes, it may not be tourettes syndrome, because there are other things that cause tics such as OCD, ADHD, as well as autism and other lesser known tic disorders. So that may be the reason the DOCTOR doesn't think she has tourettes but might think she has another tic disorder or something like OCD.
@@noranats4792 it’s also very quiet and calm in there. And most of the time people are separated, I have adhd/autism and it’s hard as sometimes I have physical tics without warning (it’s not very often) but things like stress or anxiety can make them more likely to show up like I had a couple tics the other day when I was almost in a car accident (all parties involved are ok )
