My daughter was a NICU baby so i used to feed my son and pump the other side for her. It was hands down the most trying time in my life. I get that on alert stress reaction when i hear that breast pump sound now. They didn't have the ones you could walk around with when my kids were born. I was teathered to it like a chained dog. I actually think thats how my claustrophobia developed after i had my kids. Pumping is not fir the weak.

Exclusively pumping is a full time job! And brutal 😭. I remember pumping every 3 hours. 3am and 6am were the worst times for me! I would catch myself falling asleep attached to my pump 😅
