Reminds me of childhood, when my grandad was still alive, parents weren’t separated, had a great girlfriend and I was playing skyrim. Everything was calm and great back then. This music is with me forever.
To walk through the forest near my old home again and listen to this like how I used to as a child. Skyrim, and these songs and sounds were what brought me my love of hiking and my appreciation for natural beauty. But time has passed. And that forest has long since been destroyed, paved down for a housing estate; some of those trees were over 500 years old. I'll miss that magical place that I can never return to, but what these sounds bring make it as if I were.
Ugh, the feeling I get when I listen to any of the songs on the Skyrim soundtrack is like no other. This is once again absolutely beautiful, thank you for this!
Things out of your control are just that, out of your control. To dwell on ifs and buts, is to live in fear. To focus on the past is sadness and regret, and to fear the future is anxiety and terror. Focus on the here and now, what is actionable and reasonable. Train your focus to the realistic and rational. Live in the moment, for it is the only realm that exists, the here and now.
This is beautiful i wish I could live in skyrim I dont care about fighting dragons or monsters being able to look up at the starry night sky and think of this atmosphere ✨ it would be worth fighting for
I was waiting for the lute to drop around 17:30…did not disappoint. I’ve been sleeping to the original Skyrim atmospheres for a decade but this may be my new sleep version. Nice work!
Even better than a lute: that's a bouzouki, a very unique greek instrument! I simply love how a mediterranean instrument match so well with nordic atmospheres!!
Absolutely incredible. And there's so much material here we get slowed down, just awesome. If you've ever heard Jeremy's Northerner Diaries, Ginnung is one of the best tracks in my opinion, I think you'd do an amazing job on that slowed!
@@dreryn Thank you, but whatever you'd prefer first! These slow edits are just slow enough to give you something fresh and new without being so slow they lose what the original had, while the editing is so good, crisp and clean! I love it every time you upload a new video, thanks again :-)
i love this. i used to fall asleep or meditate to the original skyrim atmospheres all the time. this slowed version is just different enough that i can use it to focus while studying instead. beautiful, thank you for making this!
I deeply appreciate all of the Skyrim videos you’ve posted so far you’ve no idea 😌 and I’ll continue to be grateful for anymore that you post. Hope you’re doing well☺️
Thank you so much for these songs ! It's relaxing and beautiful ! If I may, you can check on Guild Wars 2 songs or even Oblivion, which are made by Jeremy Soule. Maybe some music could interest you :)
I wonder at times what it would’ve been like to be a ranger as strider was. Or our characters in TES wandering the distant lands of Skyrim, Morrowind, Cyrodiil…… lands now carved with human concrete and stone and metal as if we were Dwemer. I didn’t have a lot of forest growing up, most of my hiking was spent in deserts and in rocky canyons and mountains. The only time I ever felt in Skyrim was when the snow falls in winter high enough in the mountains and I fucking loved it.
Living on my boat on a quiet canal in England in my 20's, smoking weed and boning my ex. Skyrim times. Now stuck in New York paying insane rent to live in a box.
Brothers does anyone know how to find an information on the string instrument starting at 20min? I believe this should be playable on guitar and I would love to know how to play it. Thanks in advance!
