I just watched about 10 of your videos for the first time. I am not a witch nor a pagan but I found all your videos to be so calming and they instilled the feelings of Christmas which up to today has been sorely missing, when it's one of my favorite holidays. I thank you. I loved them all and will continue to watch all of them from now on. Please keep making them so all can enjoy them as much as I did. I will also change what I do and how I decorate for Christmas from now on. Merry Christmas and Happy Yule.

I have to forage within the city, or as a friend used to call it "alley shopping". I got plenty of ivy and pinecones and acorns, but struck out on holly this year. I've been so disappointed that I couldn't find mistletoe to buy this year in any local stores.
I'm glad I'm not alone. I've considered myself a witch for years but...haven't done much aside from small things with a purpose I feel like a copycat or fraud sometimes.
@@erinshipinski7332 You should do a RU-vid search. There are many videos on "Imposter Syndrome" in witchcraft. What you're experiencing is very common. I'm kind of the opposite. I've been collecting crystals and stones for over 50 years, and studying about them since I was a teenager. For a time many years ago I also sold crystals, as well as the semi-precious gemstone jewelry I made, some designed to clear your chakras. Before that I was making and selling soaps, lotions, and potions that i made, many with my homegrown herbs. That was after my I sold strictly herbed I grew and my homemade herbal products. Now I'm old and disabled, and I'm back to concentrating on my garden, and growing herbs, flowers, fruits, etc. Through all of my work with the natural world, and finding my spirituality in forests and streams, deserts, and oceans, I never realized that the rituals I did here and there were called spellcraft and that I had essentially been living the life of a green witch for decades. It's really nice to have found a place where I fit, and I'm not branded a nut because I use tarot and astrology. I've always gone all out for the fall harvest season, Halloween, and Christmas - minus the religious aspect. This is my first year of celebrating the pagan traditions behind them. Enjoy your Yule celebration. If you are doing witchy things then it is up to you whether or not you want to call yourself a witch. Labels don't really matter in the grand scheme of things. 🍂🌲

Interesting in victorian England ,many of these traditional pagan yule ,items were used as decoration at Christmas time ,dried citrus fruits ,holly mistletoe, home made wreaths ,candles etc ,a few years later commercial immitations started to appear inc the green man effigy that coca cola stuck in a red outfit instead of green in the 1890s and fused him with the dutch Santa Claus bring in Christianity over the top of it ,and the list goes on, it's great to see a video about a return to a beautiful simplistic celebration of mother nature .thank you so much

One of the benefits I have found being a witch youtuber has been the deepening of my connection to the wheel of the year. Honestly Alwyn, I don't know how you create the time to post all this content but I am grateful that you do. IMO, a personal altar is one of the most important places to cleanse, recharge, and show a little love to. Once again, you have done a phenomenal job! Interesting that Witchbox gave a copy of the Theban Alphabet - I always associate this with Gardnerian Witchcraft which is my personal preference. Also interesting in a disturbing way is the fact that trolls target your channel with hate... if I ever witness this I will surely assist in sending it right back to said a**hole. Love and Blessings

Changed my altar and bought a few trees for yule and got all sorts of fresh cuttings that I asked the trees for to bring in the Yule season. Love this video for helping us learn.
I have a Yule tree on one of my small alter I do have to do my Yule alter. I get so busy doing everything for everyone else I tend to not do anything for me and I think today I’m making today a “Me Witch Day!” . Thanks for the push!
Oh yes absolutely!!! And small hands just like to grab things sometimes and they will never be seen again 🤣🤣 I always see lovely bureaus at antique shops, especially emporiums, and they are always so cheap but strong, sturdy wood ! 😊🌲
This is why I always take the opportunity to prepare for each Sabbat because it gives me a reason to cleanse my altar. I'm also guilty of letting my altar get messy overtime. I loved the bloopers!!! Please share some more when you can! :D
