Yes! I’m not surprised at all! 🎉 They both have fantastic entertainment, a great mix of housing options, culture, the lake, mountains, hiking, dog parks, walking trails, bars, restaurants, golf, spas, water parks, resorts and so on. I’ve lived in the area for over 20 years and we’ll probably never move Lol. I graduated ASU in 2005 and never left. I’m from N Phoenix, that area is fantastic, too, but Tempe has my heart. ❤️🏡😊 What area are you in?

@@LivingInPhoenixArizona2024 Graduated ASU back '95. When the air was pure, and housing affordable (Back when, lived on Lemon St, just across ASU and rent was only $175/person plus utils for a 2BR/1BA). Today that apt rents $1,850 ... go figure !
