I traded my neighbor a bowl of mint chutney for a bowl of her garlic chilli sauce. We both grew all the ingredients in our gardens! The trade was well worth it. Such a delicious recipe.

Thanks for the question! I cooked the chili and garlic under low heat until most of the moisture came out. So it's safe to eat and store. To store, place it in the fridge, and try to finish it within 1 month. I hope this helps. Best wishes!
