All correct ingredients but one miss step is the last one. After removing the onions and other aeromatics you want to heat up the oil until it's rippling and when you splash the pepper it should be sizzling.
Thank you...you can add tomato in small quantity of chutney, keep in the refrigerator and use within 10 days. While without tomato, it can be used for 6 months in the refrigerator.
