We cling to happiness and when it's not there, we immediately seek to remedy this feeling. It's the reason we have cravings in the first place. It is partly why someone gets addicted. Boredom arises from craving, too. At any rate, it leads to suffering from an Eastern philosophical perspective. If you observe, you will find this to be true. Don't just take my word for it. This subliminal is meant to reduce our cravings, including the one that seeks constant ungraspable happiness. Instead, we will lovingly accept all of our various experiences with contentment, wholeness, and a feeling of love pervades our being. Yes, happiness will still arise, naturally, spontaneously and it will be enjoyed but without attachment or clinging.
