I've been listening these type of music for almost 2 weeks before going to sleep to relax, get my daily stress out about life, work, family stuff, self doubt, overthinking, etc. And has helped considerably and even I've been feeling some change in me that i can't explain. I've been sick for about a year. Doctors can't find a cure to my health problems, I'm feeling more and more tired. Exam after exam, I'm really exhausted. I used to have a simple normal life just 12 months ago. It's even hard to believe that. I swam three times a week and go out with my friends at the weekends. I also had a girlfriend I deeply loved. That's what my life was when I was healthy. Now it's like I'm living another life, with not much joy left. I started multiple cures. Unfortunately they were all unsuccesfull. Sometimes doctors contradict one another letting me feel even worse. But I haven't lost hope, even if I get through terrible moments every single day. This music is so deep. I feel so much power behind its wonderful haunting darkness. I listen to it to ease my soul and carry on. Reading your messages put a smile on my face, there are so many kind people around. Thanks I would feel that god would tell don't listen to those toxic fools trying to carry on ignore them you know already know what your doing mike so don't explain anything your enemies are justifying things to start trouble with you don't pay them any mind and focus on me...I would hear God say that I'd try to be nice but some things don't work so it's best to keep to yourself at times but when I have doubts I do try to listen to those voices in my head to clam down. Hello, my fellow dog lovers. I started to listen to this an hour before I went to bed. What I didn't know is that my smart 14-pound Russian Terrier starts heading for my bed because she starts to fall asleep in only minutes. 😮 I didn't realize animals feel stressed as we do. 😊 if she could only tell me how she does it.
