Thank you, Jamie, for the work you did for organ donation. My daughter was the recipient of a liver when she was 3 months old, the youngest lover recipient at the time. Unfortunately she didn’t live past 6 months old, but the ultimate gift and chance she was given will never be forgotten. I am forever grateful for the donor’s family and now my whole family are all donors.

My granddaughter is a double heart recipient. Her first was at 5 years then she had a heart attack so they re-listed her for another heart at 12 years she did receive another. She is 17 and we Thank those families in our prayers every day. Organ donation is such a blessing 🥰. She is our heart and soul.

First, I love the fact you are delving into decorating more! Second, i agree with the burgundy suggestions. The beige/tan and grey are both neutrals and compete with each other. Tie those beautiful leaves in with the same color pillow covers. Also, maybe get one of those large olive trees for the opposite side of the fireplace? Have fun and relax with decorating!

We have had a bad week. My husband loss his sister and we had her funeral yesterday. I’ve gotten a sinus infection, coughing, runny nose all the yuck stuff so please remember us in your prayers.

Yes! Cherish every moment! My sister passed at 38 from pancreatic cancer. From the time of her diagnosis until her passing we had six months with her. Six years later, only four months ago, our dad passed away. It’s just too heartbreaking. Love your loved ones and friends. 🤍🕊️

I'm so sorry about your sister. My Mom ended up with that after a long bout with thyroid cancer and leukemia. Pancreatic is just a death sentence. It's so fast. Horrible. Miss her so much. Again I'm sorry for your loss.

Thanks for another encouraging video; praying for your allergies and answers to them to know what to avoid. Life is very precious; I am a 2x breast cancer survivor PTL!! Yes, organ donors are angels and selfless; I used to be one until I was diagnosed with cancer, so I am not sure if I can still be one or not, but it is needed and just an awesome way to show love for our fellow humans. So sorry for your loss of those friends and co-workers. Be grateful for health, and those times when you think you are at the end of your rope, remember, there is always someone who is going through a very tough time. I just love watching your videos; you have such wisdom ❤❤💕💕

I like everyone's house to look like them. With that said, since you asked, I would put a deeper brown pillow cover in the back to blend, but give a little contrast. It gives depth to neutral spaces. I also love plaid in the fall and winter.

I love watching your videos when I can’t sleep. I feel productive without being productive if that makes any sense 😂 I don’t usually comment albeit when you spoke on organ donation, I wanted to speak up. 12 years ago my 23 year old son passed in a motorcycle accident that we witnessed. We donated his organs. When I was asked about his eyes, I had to take time to make that decision. I did and am glad I did. I’ve since lost my vision in my right eye due to Lyme disease and appreciate how far medical technology has come. I’ve been a huge advocate of organ donation. Prayers for your tests to be successful! I usually try to not say too much about people's decorations because we all like and want different things. For me, part of the joy that comes from watching RU-vid videos is to see how other people decorate their homes. Even if it ends up not being my own personal decor style or what I would have personally chosen, I can respect and appreciate other people's choices. With all of this having been said (and only because you specifically asked in your video), I would maybe choose a darker pillow cover (possibly a dark chocolate brown or a burgundy to play off of the leafy stems that you added to the vase). I think the lighter beige color isn't adding enough personality. And while I know that you said that you prefer a more neutral color palette, I think that in this specific case the beige is just too neutral. Another suggestion that I would have for you if you are wanting to keep with a more neutral color is to switch out the darker stems with something else ~~ possibly some faux wheat stems or some pale blue or cream pumpkin stems (I think that they have both at Hobby Lobby). I just think that the darker stems look out of place if everything else in the room is more neutral. Again, just my own opinion. Ultimately it is your home, so you have to be happy with whatever choice you make.

for the pillows!! they look cute, but we are both perfectionists and i think what might be pulling you away is the warm vs cool tones. your house is rich in cool greys and browns, the blanket is a more cool toned beigey taupe than the pillows are. the pillows are pulling warmer (more orangey) especially against the grey couch. again, they look cute! and you’re right, they work for now. i think they look cuter behind the striped ones. a burgundy pillow might help tie in the coffee table plant? or a cooler toned beige if you’re set on neutrals. it is YOUR home though. take all of this with a grain of salt, do what YOU want to do!!

Im also trying to wait to have it after soccer since I've never missed any of my grandsons that i raise sports or activities, and i sure don't want to start now. You know as a professional cleaner for over 20 years I was asked the question by one of my clients, if you had to clean with just one cleaning product and that was the only product that there was and there was no other product what would it be? And that was a no brainer for me ,it would be Dawn Powerwash because you could actually use for just about anything but what would yours be Jamie or anyone else that wants to answer that question I'm just curious

Such a GREAT question! I would probably say the same thing as you or just regular Dawn. You could use it to clean floors, countertops, tile, bathrooms, etc. it’s so versatile. There’s very few cleaners that you can use on that many surfaces. It’s also fairly mild so it’s safe to use on a variety of surfaces, which is important. It’s safe for me to use on my ceramic shower tile, and not all products can be used in my shower. I love Dawn and Dawn PowerWash! I’m also thankful I don’t have to only pick one cleaner 😂 As far as a cleaning tool, I’d probably pick the steam shot. Or any handheld steam cleaner!

Hi Jamie, I am not a bold color kinda girl. This fall I am using a lot of browns & neutral tones, pretty much what I see in nature. A lot of color in my home gives me anxiety. Odd as when I was younger it was all about color. 😊 In Texas we had an amazing day yesterday & I spent all day outside cleaning two vehicles. So excited for the cooler temps. 🍁 I say whatever you love is what you should do in your home.

I can't wait to try the soup it seems simple , my heart goes out to the families i know how difficult it is to have a family member go through some thing so serious I lost my dad it's almost 4 Year's now he had kidney failure he didn't want friends or family to donate for him he wanted to wait when his name was on the wait list but that ended up not happening I was taking care of him when he was sick and seeing him get really bad is still difficult to get over

If your environmental test results come back and you’re not around anything on it that you react to, please consider lifting up your carpets and making sure they cleaned well before putting them down. New builds have SO MUCH sheetrock dust and although you may not have an issue having sheetrock walls, breathing that dust can really get to you. A lot of times when building houses they just clean the concrete “good enough” because the flooring will cover it. And if you end up allergic to mold, consider getting the seal of the door removed and make sure mold isn’t hiding or switching to a top load to avoid it. I know these sound extreme but as a daughter of a contractor and someone who has cleaned new build houses as a job, i’d go that extra mile.

Like your decor but I found a lot of decor in the dollar store . Very nice and it doesn't break th bank . I love colorful leaves in Clearwater, Florida . This year I need color . Found $1.25 leaf strings and I found some pumpkins for $2.00. Total cost for fall $10.00 for everything.

Happy Sunday!!! I'm glad that you are starting to get some much needed answers regarding your allergies. I had never even heard of propolis until now! Since you checked all of the products you have at home and found no propolis in them, could it be from some kind of plants or trees within your area. From what I read about the propolis, its created from the resins that bees collect from certain types of trees and/or plants.

I'm with you Jamie. I don't like a lot of color in my home, and prefer neutrals. In fact, orange is my least favorite color. I do love a darker brown to add depth and contrast. Perhaps you could try some plaid or gingham pillows in a darker brown with your tan pillows.

I am thinking of asking for a Tinco for Christmas this year. Motivational video today as I was in my basement doing projects. In regards to your tan/brown pillows, I'd pair the pillows w/ a plaid pillow that would have a variety of fall colors - it would add for a good depth and not just one solid color.
