⭐︎ Ingredients for Phoebe's Cookies:
Nutella
150g salted butter
100g granulated sugar
125g light brown soft sugar
1 very large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Chocolate (in this case my entire bar of Dairy Milk!)

Phoebe did a wonderful job on her cooking lesson with the cookies. They look so yummy! I loved seeing the mushrooms. No Vlog you did is ever too long. As for me the longer the better. Oh and also I love the bat mug.

Loved the cookie baking segment! My kids used to love to pretend they were on the food network. Your vlog makes that dream one step closer for Phoebe. So sweet. Love your channel! Phoebe is a real pro - I loved her baking segment and she did it so well. Glad we got to really see her - my eldest granddaughter is 15 and hasn't let me take photos of her since she was 13, even though she is gorgeous! It must be a thing with teenage girls. Love your fly agaric mushrooms; I honestly haven't seen one for several years, so you're lucky seeing so many.

Dear Ali, I have an ice pack on my lower back as I’m watching this episode! My chiropractor says ice for the inflammation, heat might make the inflammation worse… Maybe you should try ice? That “figure four” stretch on the floor is my favorite; it does help. My sciatica is acting up today because I drove my dear 93 year old neighbor to the train and carried her bags. Worth it! 🥰 Please feel free to include more crochet, knitting, and yarny things in these vlogs! I’m sure many (most?) of us are also following your adventures on “Drops.” Your latest crochet cowl looks tempting (beautiful yarn!), but I have SO MANY WIPs already… I’ll decide when you share the finished product. Lovely to see your mushroomy walk. I think those were sweet (edible) chestnuts on your walk, the nuts are not so shiny as conkers and they have the little tuft on the top and the cases are the super prickly painful to pick up ones! Great job on the cookie tutorial Phoebe, you are right cutting your chocolate carefully, a good recipe is worth time and effort. Hope your back is feeling better soon Ali. By the way I have some of the rosewater on order. I have very dry skin these days and always feel drawn to rose scented skincare so keen to give it a try and its nice wnd natural 😊
