I've also faced exact same kind of experience in swiggy Mrinal Bhai. They are not ready to give those refunds.

You should not have calculated the delivery fee along with the exact price. Because, the distance and the time may differ the MRP

NO justification is good enough for such a mishap but clarifying certain points:- 1. We deliver our burgers in our burger boxes,which we ran out of a couple of days back. Arrival of Our new stock of boxes are being delayed due to lockdown in Tamil Nadu. 2. Our burgers come with a portion of french fries which is missing in this particular parcel.ONCE AGAIN a let down from our chef. 3. Order was taken during peak time but that is in no way a justification for selling uncooked burger. This IS AN extremely terrible mishap from our chefs side. 4. When contacted, our counter-in-charge told : "Would be careful the next time". This is NOT at all our policy. We believe in immediate replacement of any of our product if there is some complaint about it. This response from our Counter-in-charge is highly condemnable. For the unpardonable mistake from our chef and counter-in-charge , we,the management have given them strong warning and also sincerely apologise to you for the issue. We also have decided to use kitchen thermometer from now onwards to ensure the patties are actually cooked properly. And we would like to give a refund for the money spent on the burger . Improving next time is simply not our policy especially with an uncooked burger. Once again sorry and hope you have a better experience with SIJIS the next time.

I had similar experience with swiggy. I ordered an alfham and it was raw. 😟 You can literally see the raw blood inside. And I talked with them and obviously they gave a very vague and completely out of context auto generated reply. I asked for full refund but they just returned me 37 rs for the 150 rs I spent on the alfham 🙄😑

You should also try juicy lucy from 1976. It's way better than what sijis, zamzam and burger lounge offers, both in quantity and quality. Price is around 250 rs.

Sir it depends on who you're speaking to in the customer support , I've recieved back 100% of my refund multiple times very quickly with no hesitation , and I've also expected the bad ones so idk how the system works

Just be a bit careful about Burgers, couldnt get up from bed for 2 days after i ate a beef burger from one of the places you mentioned in your previous video.I think undercooked or bad beef patty was responsible.

Sijis pizza street, although quite hyped in the local food groups, have let their standards down at a very rapid rate , especially after opening their new venture.. its like all the good cooks they had disappeared overnight.. I recieved a burnt pizza and soggy, sorry tray of fries the last time i chose to eat from Sijis and have not gone back since.

Try Zeenath Crispy Fried Chicken burger. It's my go to burger in Trivandrum. It has the right amount of juicy and zing to it.
